US inflation numbers came in cold, so the market thinks the fed will hold rates. The BoE usually follows closely what the fed does so that would be good for REITs.

Back in February when the raise was announced, I was highly critical of MB as just 6 weeks earlier he was explicitly asked if a raise would be needed, and he said they were fully funded for the foreseeable future, including Velociraptor 1 and a start on V2. to me, he lied. But you defended him and criticised the naysayers.

Now in recent months, you've gone completed barking! As if removing MB now is the right move?! If he was going to go, it should have been after the raise and lies. No, we are stuck with MB and this whole situation. There is definitely corruption, I'm just hoping the urgent need for oil in Mongolia outweighs any selfish and corrupt officials.

I’d like MB to absolutely confirm all herders are happy to be compensated and aren’t likely to delay things. Because then what? If the courts get involved, 2024 could then also easily pass us by, just as 2023 has.

It’ll never happen but it would be nice if at such a time of importance like this to MATD, that MB gave us monthly updates, even if that update might be to say “yep, still no progress!”.

I agree it can only be good news Mongolia are suffering fuel shortages. But all this talk of locals having meetings to discuss things… what?! Spacman - a big problem is that you were so confident of the whole SPAC thing, and it’s failed to materialise. It was so, so way out there. Now you’re spinning some other potential way out there possibility, that of course we’re unlikely to entertain it.

I’ve said it before but having spoken in person to multiple SNG personnel at the last couple of AGMs, I think it really is simply a case of us getting on with these P2’s, trying to pass them and then passing it on to a BP for hopefully more than 7p per share. It’s no more complicated than that. I hope I’m wrong and you’re right, and that we get multiples of the SP very soon.

TwoGood2Die - have some decency. I’m not one of them only having recently bought in, but there are people here who are massively underwater. They don’t need you gloating.

Thornogson - I hope you’re right. But when you look around similar stocks, it’s chastening how often their SP doesn’t rerate like you might expect production might. I’m just guessing like the rest of us, but I wouldn’t be surprised to see MATD spike to say 10p, who knows, maybe even 20p on the hype, and then rapidly fall back. That’s when I think the big money could be made or lost.
