We think today. But certainly by tomorrow unless they want to be in breach of AIM rules. I'm not sure what the penalties are if they do breach. Probably a slap on the wrist and don't do it again. I get the impression they absolutely just do not care. Maybe one of Spacman's theories might finally be correct ;) and they won't be on AIM next year!

Takeover should realise value quicker. Bit longer term, you’d think you’d create more value going it alone. For example, would you take 50p right now or wait 3-5 years for 100p and risk something negative happening before then and maybe risk losing it all? Not saying that would be EEE, just using that scenario as an example.

I suppose the RNS could be later today, or perhaps tomorrow morning (still 21 clear days if they start the meeting after 7am!) But why leave everything so late and last minute? And yes, an RNS on a Friday isn’t usually a good thing.

DQE expects to be busy with PC from early Q3. Not mid or late Q3. So you'd assume that means July.

I've been prepared for a long time that this could very well be a dead duck while maintaining some lingering hope, but the complete lack of communication and leaving things until the very last minute... it doesn't bode well, IMO.

I have a feeling they'll be no face to face AGM this year. If there really is no positive news, I can't see them wanting to face up to PI's. Regardless of what Professional and MrCosts reckon, they have not been given an easy ride at the last couple of meetings. I shudder to think what the mood and reception will be like this year after they've completely ignored the pleas from last year to keep in contact with us.

I do wonder what is going to be the catalyst for the SP to jump 100, 200, 300%. Many on here thought the granting of the LP or equivalent to allow us to get to work on Heron would be that catalyst. But that hasn’t happened. We’re all but where we were several weeks back. Will an RNS saying DQE will work with us really be a catalyst for such a rerate? Hmm, I’m not sure. Will it be renewables? Doubtful anytime soon, IMO. Will it be the first barrel of oil with a MATD sticker on the side of it… maybe. But my original thinking all those years ago that I might turn my 3.5p purchase price into 15p has diminished as time has gone by. Seeing the most recent RNS, the one, if we are all honest we were all waiting for, have such a limited positive impact, has made me think I should be happy if this hits 6-8p and be done with it. All IMO, hopefully I’m wrong.

Roxy - you were saying it was going to hit 8-9p “on the next announcement” about half a dozen announcements back! Maybe give the SP predictions a rest?
