Corporate Update

The Company is pleased to provide an update on recent progress across its technical and commercial workstreams:

·   The Company's CEO Peter Bardenfleth-Hansen and CTO Pierre Pellerey recently visited its proposed joint venture partner, EVage Motors, in Punjab, India. Significant progress has been made on technical specifications for the first Pareta® motors and the parties expect to sign the joint venture agreement during the summer with a view to establishing production during 2025.

·      The Company is in the process of assembling and testing a prototype 450kW Pareta® motor for delivery to its collaboration partner Cummins-Meritor, for use in heavy commercial vehicles.

·      Initial prototypes for the previously announced joint development agreement for Pareta® drives for novel heavy goods vehicle applications are also being completed for testing and delivery to the Company's development partner.

·    The Company continues to consider targeted acquisition opportunities within the wider e-mobility space, which would allow it to further accelerate its commercialisation strategy.

So buy it at that price then, honestly who cares? Either buy or don't buy, you'll be waiting anyway because production isn't until 2025. They've been very clear about this.

But nobody cares where your buy in price is. If you don't buy someone else will, all year, at whatever price it rises or falls to.

I mean, don't worry about it then. It's obviously not for you, cool, no worries, move along.

It'll be barbaric for about 10 minutes in real terms. I'm not sure what the problem is. Just load up if you can and if you like the story and the protected path of this company then you build your stake this year for production next year.

Could be anything. But so near deal completion and AGM I'll throw my hat in the ring and say mms loading up for a bigger client.

I'd think the BoD might want a bit of traction in the sp before the AGM.

That should have just read "Btw, I am female..." Somehow the 'worth noting' line got copied from the last paragraph so it looks weird but ah, it's Friday...

I think that for industry expertise and contacts he is a good appointment. But as to his past, one allegation being over 20 years old and the other the source saying was blown out of all proportion (he resigned regardless) it is really up to the BoD and the ladies of DGI to make it known if they are uncomfortable. The ball is really in their court but as stated, he is not employed, and after 7 years of no further allegations and no stories against him, perhaps the company sees potential in him.

It's worth noting that after a string of high-profile and very salacious allegations we have Alex Salmond no less, actually being able to reinvent himself and go on to lead another political party in Scotland. And these are arguably more scandalous allegations than Fallon has. At least that I can find.

He's a Non-Exec so he's not employed and therefore not taking a salary. He's going to be more of an advisory figure and he has an extensive contact network that could clearly benefit DGI.

They briefly hob-nobbed with a Labour influence and he turned out to have taken money off of a dodgy sort so it's 2 cheeks of the same proverbial harris as far as I'm concerned.

It's early days here and really it's the tech that'll do the talking. 2025 is where we are aiming for ideally. This year is probably going to be more useful for people to build a holding.

It should be there now hopefully for everyone.

Longterm here and happy with the direction and newsflow so not inherently bothered about sp atm but curious as to how much further they may go.

Has anyone had this paid through as yet? It might be a bit early but I can't see anything in my account. When do divis normally get paid or is there no set time?

It is upsetting on one hand but maybe use the year to top up if you will. From the timeline on YouTube (the last presentation) it's abundantly clear that the behind the scenes stuff is taking place in 2024. Production and ramp up is all set for 2025 and this seems very clear to me.

I do agree that general PR isn't always the best but then it's a small, busy company very much 1. run by men (who don't, let's be honest, communicate brilliantly with the faithful all the time, but are also generally very good at being busy and deal making) 2. it's still under the radar. Their website sucks, honestly, it's terrible, it's basic, out of date, difficult to find what you need and seems aloof and removed from the investor. It's as if they don't even use it themselves and there are that many DGIs of one thing or another out there a name change could very likely benefit them as well. On the other hand they have a lot of intellectual property to protect so perhaps there is good reason for their online vagueness.

But the work they are doing and the potential here is not unlike a volcano bubbling under. It really is one of those companies that has its light under a bushel so to speak. The AGM should tell us more and hopefully they'll be an updated Ops presentations or comms. I can see them scaling up and morphing into something bigger as we approach 2025. Simply because that is when the timeline comes into sharp focus.
