RE: New Investor presentation.4 Jul 2024 08:28
I can't bedding with the less than subtle bashers who come in and startcwith the 'who would be a long term holder' routine. It's as old as the hills.
1. We are not all day traders, far from it. There is nothing wrong with day trading AND/OR choosing to LTH for YOUR future prospects.
2. It's no different to investing in a fund, scheme or bank that could succeed, pay division eventually or go bust. It's all a gamble.
3. When I was green I once listened to daytraders on LSE who convinced me to sell my Greatland Gold shares because the price was dropping and nothing was happening. So I did. And about a year later the price shot up to around 30p. I'd have been half a million pounds better off from nothing and I'd have long retired from work and from these forums, perhaps checking in occasionally. In that instance, I should have held my shares and thought longterm. I personally feel that this is a company that, despite its current down trajectory and under the radar status, has enough aboutbit to merit me holding tight for the longterm. But each to their own. Because hey, sometimes traders have been correct. You have to make your own mind up. A core LTH in a good thing is no bad thing though. Just watch out for distress signals and act accordingly.
