What's the worst case scenario here, in 12 weeks a very good POC system and the hearing test roll out to the NHS.
No placing and some ongoing PCR tests sales.
Best case, FDA , European Ministry of Health contract and a surprise contract for PCR tests with PHE.

BC and Cytiva have put money in to this and I suspect they will have a good read on what's occurring inside the FDA, BC are still progressing the roll out. I don't pretend that the sums involved can't be written off by these two big companies but it suggests they are still confident of sales and getting FDA approval. Budd could hardly admit to saying BC and Danaher are involving themselves in the background could he.

god posts,FDA delay is very frustrating but the the test is quality and with Cytiva and BC as our partners GDR will be able to be a significant and reliable partner in their testing programme.

The Hearing test was a great result despite the pandemic and little credit has been given to this. As for POC, who is to say the delay isn't at the DHSC request for specification. We know they have been working with the LFT companies to produce tests that do the job they need.

I think its safe to say that with Danaher and BC backing the test and reassurances regarding supply and quality of test, GDR's test will be higher up the list than most.

yes its being processed, i wonder if the FDA are being given the hurry up now that testing is back on the political agenda in America, LFTS not looking like the panacea going forward, PCR that can catch all variants will be critical.

as vaccinations become more wide spread LFTs will become less effective, indeed lots of reports that they are not accurate now. POC will necessarily have to be bigger to effectively track the virus and identify suspected carriers and asymptomatic carriers.

Walbrook confirmed that the tests we sent to the US were being paid for but not on what basis, they said the numbers sent and figures would be in the results.

Q Is not having EUA approval affecting our ability to sell tests and are we in regular contact with the FDA.
