They cant because to do so will let Covid run unchecked, so mutation is inevitable, vaccination does not last forever and mutations can bypass the vaccine. It has to be monitored at all times until such time that they have enough information to make more informed decisions. That could be several years down the road.

What i'm seeing now is a huge antibody test market appearing. I wonder who is stockpiling those??? ODX could be sitting on 100s of millions of pounds worth of antibody tests....Id take one now to confirm my level right now and monthly if it was critical to me working, travelling, attending events etc. Tied into a covid passport why not? Thats the way its going.

I imagine things are a bit tense in the DHSC, they and the government need a positive narrative, the only way is accurate mass testing. If the DHSC blocked mass testing then we know how Innova got the job, they were the only ones big enough to get it done at short notice.

Now a UK regime is needed for a bit of positive spin, the gov and DHSC are in the same dog house now.

As for the Antibody test, the first vaccinated are coming up to 6 months, id take a test once a month to monitor my immunity once the world starts to open up, I'm vulnerable, i cant afford to take the risk that I have no resistance to Covid but I have to meet the public in my job. No brainer for me.
