DL mentioned no one knew the method of how the deal fiance was going to be structured and i think it was in relation to someone mentioning a Raise/Dilution, he put up a big grin as well, so it may well be a novel / unusual deal in that respect. Me may well be pleasantly surprised on that score, hes not so crass to make the comment and then dilute us to death.

Bobble the lack of news is always frustrating but i think little comments here and there and information gleaned from the Gate Net and Mattereum boards would suggest that things are happening behind the scenes. If PLY were not involved i could see your point re no news likely meaning nothing happening but in this instance i disagree. I think the appointment of PLY means that good things will be happening. Shame about the personal nature of the rest of your posts, there has been a lot of information shared on Telegram and doing the job of Admin is a thankless task. As Vinay Gupta said, the people at VLRM are smart people and smart people could do a lot with a stock exchange. hes openly stated that VLRM is a big part of his and Mattereums future. The GSX deal would give VLRM access to 10 exchanges and subtle comments by PLY would suggest thats the plan. Thats all been posted in the telegram group.

That would be the GSX group helping to build 10 exchanges throghout the world at present and a tie up for an exchange licence in the US with NYSE listed DSS and Coinstreet Partners. The GSX groups Gatenet community has revealed just how close to operational the projects are and VG has hinted that the MAP is the same.

When the purchase is announced the true scale of the plan and how imminent it is to going live will become apparent. Q4 this year and Q1 next year are being discussed.

The amount of research on the Telegram group for this reveals just how far reaching this web is. If in doubt go and see for yourselves, far too much information to bring here, but for those in doubt be open minded and go and see for yourselves.

This deal is a two way street, Patrick L Young has the ears of most of the worlds major exchanges, He puts GSX front and centre with their blockchain technology as a ready made solution for Crypto Fiat crossover business. Thats the upside and payoff for GSX, add in the MAP from Mattereum and you have something no one else does. Its a unique proposition being led by probably the best man for the job that you could possibly want. Sit on the side lines if you want but the upside is beyond anything out there.

It doesnt look as if the wider market understands the tie up with the GSX group and their technology being used on 10 other exchanges and their partneship developing a digital exchange in the US, with an exchange licence already applied for, this is a done deal with the GSX group and there are documents on the Telegram Group that discuss this tie up. The Bridge Exchange is nearly ready to roll out across multiple jurisdictions it would seem.

Agreed Mr.slug, it was made clear befor the podcast that certain subjects were off limits for NDA reasons. People moaning seem to forget this rather conveniently. People also seem to complain that a forum doesnt give them anything yet you wonder just how much they bring. Tebbin is having a pop at the "Chosen Few" like there is some type of clique, there isn't , what there is is a few people doing a lot of work to provide information to people on that forum.They are polite, friendly, dilligent and willing to share what they know. P>S new investors are aware of the various investor channels and groups out there, including Telegram and the like. Anyone is free to join and benefit. Anyone can take the information and post it here, including Tebbin. If he feels that strongly let him do it.

Patrick addressed the issue of Cash and what you can get for your money in terms of tech. What once cost a million dollars can now be had for fifteen hundred. VG of Mattereum talking about VC cash, real potential here is Billions, but sell up and move on. This is just the beginning here.
