One thing that stood out in the RNS was the signing of the deal to create the exchange interface, the specs for this will have been worked out long ago so the deal coud go ahead. If we needed money for this, then the day of the RNS with the SP rise would have been the day to get the placing away. No placing, what does that tell you. There are thousands of exchanges around the world of all types, with many specialist companies providing the architecture, the solution is nearly off the shelf. Its been a long time waiting but it wont be long before this is up and running and revenue generative over and above existing revenues.

Novice, 3 bags from here is 60million Market Cap, thats not a great deal in the grand scheme of things, what would you value at 10x earnings, 20x earnings? £3 million in revenue would be easily done.

Good point Star, were weeks away and what can be bought tech wise to make this happen is no longer hugely expensive , i don't see a placing myself as we are revenue generating already.

Considering its August, its been an ok day, but as news gets out and holidays end its certailny going to go up, cheap as chips and i took some more!

I suspect that the Architecture will be largely off the shelf, going by what is being said about VLRM and Patrick L Young who is acrypto and exchange guru, these things are available in the market place already and will have been engaged for a while.

Last quarter isn't very far away and whilst i dont think it'll be the 1st October we may be surprised. I suspect Angra willl be busy in discussions with new clients in the run up.

I suppose if youre serving a life sentence you might regard six months as "shortly" re a time frame.

Star, GS would be employing local lawyers who would be able to get the info re times too get a licence, maybe Glindala don't hold a licence but this was still the quickest way to get one, im guessing the EU connection is an important consideration and being able to conduct quick money transfer between east and west is why Lithuania.

Star how long would that take though? If the company said "shortly" six weeks ago then there either full of **** or it cant realistically be much longer. Its frustrating I agree, i didnt think it would take this long to get over the line. Well have to do 200% for most to make any money here.

End of September would be a **** take after the corporate update intimating that the company was aware of what the FCIS still needed to do and informed us it would be done shortly, thats six weeks ago today.

The first use of the term shortly was 6 weeks ago, thats the problem, when i tell the missus ill be home shortly im in the dog house if its more than half an hour!

All we can hope is the board was being honest with us when it said shortly
