Lunn wants to issue 63 Million new shares to pay debts that he wont clearly specify, even though hes been in the chair for a year. After all this time supposedly untangling the web he wont actually lay the accounts and state of play before shareholders who have been kept in the dark for neaqrly a year. If you think thats an honourable way to behave then youre a fool. At this juncture the picture should be clearly defined and the least he could do would be to lay the position before shareholders when he seeks our support, particularly as no one ever voted for him to be in the chair and he has no legitimate mandate now.
