theyre asking for an EGM based on Companies act and have jumped through all the hoops and BS Lunn has thrown in front of them. Why does he not want either an AGM or an EGM so badly?

He stood up in the GM and catagorically said he did not know where the shares were going, failing to mention the two New Zealand companies hes connected to (trying to resurect but cant ) and those companies hes connected to through known associates. Would you call that lying?

Brian Stockbridge advises companies on US listings, hence the consolidation, is the consensus. Subnet 107 has had teething issues but Validators are now coming online and Arok is starting to work according to those in the know. We should start to see the ship turn around now. Might not be quick enough for some but once the operational side is running i can see the US listing following on.

Lunn claiming EGM request not valid because delivered electronically...basically trying to delay and avoid any meeting where he's not in control of shares. Going to court to force the issue.

If Lunn had the brains he was born with he would have outlined in detail his plans before the GM and been transparent about his beneficiary status. We will leave the buy one get one free placing out of it. Cornerstone Investor?? Too many vague and blatantly BS RNSs and an openly aggressive and hostile attitude to reasonable share holder requests for information. We will leave the repeated breaches of the Companies Act to one side. If you think this guy is the saviour you have low expectations.

The company is aware and looking in to what action it can take re brokers and access. Give it a few days and lets see what they say.

Why indeed Zag, Lunn has been asked repeatedly to clarify the company's position and has refused to engage and cooperate, so much so that lawyers letters have had to come to pass before hes said anything. Hes been nothing but opaque and belligerent. Then he whines when he doesnt get his raises or GM resolutions away. Hasnt mentioned the EGM thats been called either. Never the full picture, always something hidden. The company owes the 12p placee 6million shares, RNS says vote for me if you want them...hes not the man needed to take the company forward.

Look where the shares are going Hepran. Why doesn’t he issue the 6m shares that have been paid for?
