All i see is Lunn holding the company to ransom over some debt where he is clearly prioritising his own personal interests over shareholders. Thats an unacceptable conflict of interest. Hes been in situ for a year and we have NO clear roadmap to go forward to date, vague mentions of cornerstone investors have gone by the by, our broker has walked away, hes failed in a buy one get one free placing, he refuses to answer reasonable questions and he pulls BS AGM stunts and then wont provide the minutes.

Read the breaches of the companies act and why all his announcements are nonsense. Your arguement is TE was bad ergo Lunn must be good, its not that simple.

hes playing it down though....not exactly up front as to how he will benefit hugely and will have a controling interest in the company.

Absolutely Townman, i supect RM wants shot of lunn, the assets are what they are and wont change, its been a year already, if Lunn is guilty he will have to step down as nothing he effects will be legitimate and therefore not binding including GEM deal and any shares issued. Hes so far off the reservation he might have lost his marbles completely.

Stefan, has always given hints as to whats occuring behind the scenes, hes basically said hes working on converting the strategic project ststus in to something more meaningful, i expect something chunky will be announced shortly as i dont think those in the know were taken by surprise on strategic project status. Most of the hard yards will have been thrashed out.
