No they haven't. They tried before and got a lot of pushback from the company and judged it not worth it at the time. Learnt their lessons and are back to hold the board to account.

Lunn is playing fast and loose to suit his own agenda, people are trying to hold him to account, if he was above board and had nothing to hide he would engage with those contacting him and asking reasonable questions as to compliance with corporate governance. He refuses. Why? Where is the imminent AGM? Why have we not had notice? Now what is he trying? He is in complete conflict of interest trying to get his Petroquest Loan sorted, thats his only objective. He would dilute us to eternity to get that money back.

Why dont you go to the AGM and express your gripes there. It'll be more productive than what you're doing here which achieves nothing.

I doubt anyone in the TG group gives a flying F what you say or do on here, Plenty here dont like you whether they are in TG or not. The reason people like TG is because all the BS that goes on on LSE isnt tolerated on that platform.
