I dont think they give two hoots what the people on here really think. They have a lot of money invested and dont believe Lunn is good for them or their investment and they sure as sheet are not interested in losing all their money for the sole purpose of disposing of Lunn. Thats just utterly idiotic. Despite the fact a number of fools on here are trying to persuade everyone to the contrary. A judge is going to decide if they are credible and they are comfortable in exposing themselves to that process.

They have requested an EGM but Lunn says the request was invalid because it was sent by email and therefore not properly communicated, hence the legal action to get Lunn to stop being a tawt. But he cant because he is. He has blocked and prevaricated at every turn, with every means at his disposal and spent a lot of company cash doing so. Doesn't really strike me as the actions of a man who has anyone's best interests at heart but his own.

ASI- Lunn stood up in the GM and catgorically told a room full of people that he did not know hwere the 63 million shares were going-but investigation revealed hes connected to all but a handful of the entities receiving those shares.

He failed to reveal that he was both the beneficiary and executor of Anton's will until forced to do so.

Thar ORCP are in discussions for a sale of their 12% holding worth approximately £25-30million, Pakistan looking to use their large coal assets to generate Hydrogen in partnership with Chinese who have pumped Billions already in to Pakistan.

This values the company at £40 to £60 million at the conservative end with Zero for everything else...Nuts!!
