Thanks, Piltick. To clarify: PHE's kilns will indeed produce syngas, which will then be utilized in Avioxx's process to create SAF. Avioxx due diligence will require data from DMG. Something like Quality of Syngas, Consistency of Supply, Process Integration, Regulatory Compliance. There’s a cost hence the R&D spend on this pilot project.

I’d like to address the claims “Powerhouse Energy Group has already solved these issues” regarding Powerhouse Energy Group's (PHE) collaboration with Avioxx on (SAF).

Exciting that PHE is working on SAF using its DMG technology but their RNS indicates that they are still in the research and development phase, with £150,000 allocated for this purpose. They are also adding equipment to the feedstock testing unit to prove the process at scale, highlighting that there are still technical challenges to overcome. Thus, it may be premature to state that PHE has "already solved these issues.” without verification from PHE. Ongoing research is crucial, and I look forward to seeing how these developments progress.

PHE has committed to supplying hydrogen at a price lower than both green hydrogen and the current UK Contracts for Difference strike price (CfD). The current price for Hydrogen from green sources is approximately £5.00 to £6.00 per kilogram. Specific quantities and duration terms remain subject to agreement with several regulatory bodies including DESNZ, Ecotricity, SONI and NIE Networks. Interesting given the revenue expectations from the historic royalty fee angle. Moving on, If this comes off the collaboration with BSH will help PHE source additional commercial clients and provide priority access to future projects in Northern Ireland and the UK. Aus and all its potential spin offs makes good reading, Ballymena from a risk profile has a much better support structure.

Jancux01, fair comment. Engsolve the current paymaster, could issue a further update late September/October following on from the first 4 months of the year. Also, news regarding shareholder funded investment progress in alternative outputs R&D (March). Neither are mandatory but I view as good support practice for PHE and its shareholders.
