A recent statement from Avioxx “Raw syngas from waste isn’t clean, consistent, or ready for reactors. But when it’s conditioned correctly it becomes the foundation of ultra high-performance and affordable sustainable fuel”. Avioxx also appear to have an in-house solution. In March PHE stated it was investing in further R&D re sustainable aviation fuel (SAF) amongst others. With over 6 months of collaboration without any indication from PHE as to the path, progress or benefits. Perhaps premature, but these statements from Avioxx appears to cast a shadow on DMG tech. Am I alone or do you guys feel a response from PHE regarding “clean Syngas” for SAF is warranted?

Dusty; Having episodes of “being fed up” is part of the game (water off a duck’s back). I enjoy all views whether intuitive or unfounded, but not personal abuse. Misunderstanding, denial, dominance and fear are all part of the entertainment. Cash Burn, Consolidation & Dilution are high on the contentious list for investor discussion, currently fueled by the PHE income status. If PHE cannot stimulate substantial investment or speed up sales the options will narrow, and one might look back on “being fed up” as not being a bad place to be.

15LIVES I get your point, the word sustainability is abused and there are many interpretations , my take is “meeting present needs without compromising future generations”. All pending on that pain in the A-R-S-E question again.

Non recyclables are a worldwide problem, a toxic end to convenience products with few viable treatment solutions available. Hydrogen from waste does align with governmental sustainability goals. The ability to convert CO2 to char could also enhance the environmental sustainability in the eyes of regulators. The bottom line is PHE needs to adopt transparency and demonstrate its environmental impact, regardless of the enhanced efficiency, purity or the ability to provide alternative energy outputs. Gov’s are specialists in assessing everything that comes out of an A-R-S-E, so Paul, using Cabbage as a feedstock, not recommended.

Castle: May be further spinoffs with BSH/Penta (Combined Heat and Power) CHP projects as mentioned in the Hydrogen offtake RNS. Interesting as the proposed Ballymena BESS capacity is limited. Fascinating watching PHE home in on the increasing variation of potentially lucrative energy markets.

Don’t usually follow day trades but intrigued by the low value trades timed at 09:48:36 .. 11:30:21 & 13:13:13 ...bizarre . Noted similar clumps with other stocks today.

Its was a good move to mention collaboration with Manchester Uni as it lends credibility to PHE's technology. Man Uni RNS was in Nov 2022. Not sure if the plate addition for DMG is due to ongoing collaboration or they just forgot to fit it ? Anyway, Government support for PHE with BSH projects within the Mid and East An-trim Council region is a first and should bolster PHE's efforts to secure funding. Have a good Weekend...

IMHO.. Hydrogen presents opportunity for AI data centers to transition to more sustainable energy. DMG waste-to-energy solutions for data centers can not only meet their energy needs but also contribute positively to environmental goals. Gov's got the investment deal in AI, now needs to address the energy required..Cart before the horse as usual.

Swazers Fair comment. Just to clarify my observation was not aimed at highly sorted plastics (we know that’s good) but SRF specific. SRF is the most economical of sorted stock feed for incineration. This sector will be hit next year. The RNS states “running various "real-life" waste streams for potential clients and experimenting with different operating conditions to tailor Syngas composition for applications beyond hydrogen production”. In a nutshell further client-based R&D for processing the dirty stuff and complying with Regs. It’s not clear whether these “potential clients” or PHE incur the expenditure for this R&D given that the PHE objective is sales. Also, no idea re cost of deflector plates update but £150k for R&D is tiny.. A bit rushed here so apologies for any typos..

A welcome and positive move forward today, but PHE have indicated they still have hurdles to navigate.

Regarding UK ETS commencing in 2026 for SRF. While it is feasible for DMG systems using SRF as a feedstock could meet the CO, NOx, and SOx requirements under the UK ETS, success will depend on a combination of advancing the technology and effective emission control measures. Capital investment in these areas will be essential for ensuring compliance and enhancing the overall sustainability of the DMG process. A high quality feedstock is the quick answer but that’s an additional cost to the end user which may be necessary to avoid those potential penalties for exceeding emission limits. Adding value (Valorise) to waste streams through further R&D investment would also benefit the overall package. DYOR
