Silverwood Business Park looking more interesting the deeper you dig into it. Still waiting on replies from: Northern Ireland Environment Agency (NIEA) Environmental Health Mid & East Antrim. The nearby substations and existing industrial infrastructure look very handy from an energy project perspective. If the planning process moves cleanly and no major issues are thrown up, Ballymena may finally start shifting from concept toward a genuinely credible development project for PHE. Still a long way from funded and operational certainty, but a little more tangible than many previous AIM energy promises. :-) DYOR.

Good topical commentary wins attention but comparing against successfully funded operators is a stretch. Weekend tabloid exposure will bring retail eyes, which is typical for AQSE where visibility often drives the move. The next news 2–6 weeks matter, strong interest, advanced discussions, we’ll see if that turns into something tangible. At this end of the market, spikes come quickly, and funding often follows just as fast. Watch the money, not just the messaging. Good luck all.

This so called pipeline is that long, they could use it to bypass Hormuz.

DMG certification and external validation. Something of a sore point that’s been raised here before, and sadly often used as a negative killing discussion. Clean Planet is talking proper grown up language, not flashy, ASTM approvals, airline fuel specs, government backing, and a route to market. PHE still needs the boring but vital bit, independent proof the 2.5tpd Wales unit works properly, clean syngas specs, and a certified route from syngas to aviation fuel. Until then, DMG looks promising, but airlines and serious buyers won’t treat it as proven commercial fuel yet. The 260k is positive in that PHE can drive income outside Engsolve and DMG related expertise. DYOR

I agree with many here. IMHO the last bit of faith in the board has gone, nothing to do with shareholders (Whites). We all know it’s a raise that’s buying time, but for who? When a company’s short of cash, the best bits can end up going cheap to those already around the table, that’s my worry. Didn’t need my vote to buy Engsolve, might not need it to sell, if under £2m. If I wouldn’t buy it today, why am I holding it? I’ll decide shortly.

Expect an update, project funding, a partner, or getting a plant built is the only thing that will move things, not commentary. Engineering’s not the issue, it’s everything else now, being a CEO is a different job. If this were a football club ???

I can’t prove this recent publicity’s been put out to walk share price up ahead of a raise, but when all the recent publicity needs other folk’s money, it’s hard not to be wary. Seen this sort of thing before, lesson learnt. IMHO, chances of a raise are about 50/50 in next 3 months, 70/75% in 6 months and 85%+ in 9 months. DYOR

This looks a much cleaner setup between PHE and HUI than previous arrangements. Non exclusive, no cost and low risk, with PHE still keeping control of the actual project licences and final deal sign off. From HUI’s side, it’s also a handy hedge in case KSA/InEnTec takes longer or proves trickier than hoped.

Knock heads together and deliver, and everyone’s a winner.

Cheers Slappyfpv.. Red has his interests, but it feels more like bait for an argument than a proper case for HUI buying PHE. I’m not against HUI or soft on PHE. I’ve been even handed on both and taken much the same view on both bits of paid for advertorial stuff. Both still need dosh to get where they want to go. At least Longspur has a formal tie in with PHE as joint broker, which is a bit more skin in the game than just chucking out a blue sky number from the sidelines. Advertorial, non independent research is not gospel....it’s just another piece of the puzzle. Same applies too royalties on paper. It isn’t money in bank, It needs funding, building and running first. And if HUI have to start putting more of their own brass in, that only pushes costs up and ramps commercial risk up another notch and will need external engineering expertise to boot. In fact the model states it relies on external institutional/regional capital, and it specifically warns that HUI’s funding and balance sheet risk could bite if counterparties require sponsor capital. So the more HUI has to move from licencor to project funder, the shakier the story gets. IMO, DYOR.

Red, waste to energy’s a hard sell even for those with their own tech or on licence. Just look at how many projects get paused or binned off. I’ve never had much time for advertorial stuff, whoever’s putting it out, so I’m not taking HUI’s paid note as proof of anything. A sponsored valuation’s one thing; a signed, financeable project’s another …and until they’ve got the second, I’m not falling for the first.

Red yep seen It all before. HUI's own note all but says they need other folk’s money, and we all know first off projects need outside brass. So, this daft talk of them buying PHE doesn’t wash with me. And if they think they’re getting Castle’s shares on cheap, they can think again — I’d say it’d take more like 12p to get him interested.

Agree Dusty. It’s the timing that looks odd to me. Poland on Tuesday, then a paid-for KSA note on Wednesday. Doesn’t prove the Saudi story’s dead, but it does look like they’re trying to steady nerves while nothing proper has turned into a real money deal yet.
