Godd afternoon UNC, I think the posters were fairly well split on their opinions about the divi, this was echoed by Clive, lack of communication from the BOD leaves us just guessing here, not a very sound way to invest, what has happened to Boaty McDrill face, drilling on? job completed? new charter? ....... sunk?

It brings a tear to my eye , over 10 years a go ............ Deep Well A5

Well A5, the first deep well on the BNG Contract Area, with a planned Total Depth of 4,700. meters.

On 5 August 2014 it was announced that oil and gas shows had been detected at a depth of 4,332 meters over the full 12 meters core taken. On 11 August, following a second core sample, it was announced that the oil bearing interval was at least 33 meters.

Roxi is pleased to announce a third core sample of 18 meters has been successfully taken at a depth between 4,365 and 4,383 meters, of which 1.6 meters was recovered. This shows the aggregate thickness of the gross oil-bearing interval extends to at least 51 meters.

Roxi now intends to determine the full extent of the oil-bearing interval by drilling and logging rather than taking additional core samples. Once this has been completed and after delivery of additional equipment Roxi intends to put Well A5 on flow test.

Well some news must break soon, is all so positive, lets hope they deliver .........

Outlook:-

The current BNG work programme commitments are now largely satisfied. Block 8 is expected to start contributing in the near future and significant income is expected from the Caspian Explorer in the coming months. Accordingly, we expect soon to enter a prolonged period where cash receipts far exceed mandated cash payments. In the event we complete the proposed sale of the BNG shallow structures for the proposed $83 million we would have large cash balances to invest or to return to shareholders via special dividends or share buy backs.

You are assuming they have not got the licence........... a big assumption, probably driven by the hysteria whipped up by some on here
