Stupid...you are rabbitting on again. The interview spelt it out. They are being calm and measured and are waiting until they see the "real" reason for the delay...he says they wouldn't say they know the real reason for the delay, but they are anticipating what it is. So it hasn't been spelt out. They're doing exactly what I would imagine them to do. He even says he will not speculate, rather wait for the letter. So stop rabbitting.

Stu being Stu again. Rabbit on all you want, until they get the letter from the FDA and digest it fully internally I wouldn’t want them to tell us anything more on it. Why? Because that’s how calm mature businesses react to process. They don’t speculate or put themselves at risk of being wrong by trying to explain things without having the full explanation themselves. We still have no idea of how major or minor the issue is. You can try create a bit of doubt and pick at it repetitively like you usually do but it doesn’t demonstrate any particular nous or intellect from you other than you say you are trying to counter the ramp gang and have too much time on your hands.

The capital raise earlier in the year seems rather fortuitous...grateful that we have some runway. I think we'll find that managements efforts are going to be on solving the FDA problems...not on dreaming up an MBO.

how about sitting back and seeing what happens next week. and if nothing happens, let's see the week after. i very much doubt there is going to be a big sign saying "patients entrance" placed outside hemo headquarters once they're through the 30 days sans objection. the company may just get on with doing what they have to do to plan given they have more certainty on timing and the ability to recruit actual patients. i have a sense that jhfh will be more right than others and we should expect some partnering agreement at some point...i just don't have a sense of when that is most likely.

MrI - now we're "super" surprised. A slight refinement on your usual shock / horror, can't believe market hasn't given us value etc. If the SP doesn't move post FDA approval, we will have to rethink our theory I think. Or we'll have to be patient waiting for the patients.

They should include meaningful stats that they can track...like the %age of Mr I's posts that are "I'm shocked by this price and why people are selling"

Stu, CAR-T trials will take time. We all know that, you know that. They certainly won’t be done this year and from what we know will require additional funding or a partner. You are being argumentative now not because you’re solving a major crime or even successfully picking holes where there are some. You’re just nagging, being annoying and trying to laud it like it’s your superior intellect. It’s not that for many reasons. You’re genuinely coming off as the twit in the argument sketch in Monty Python who’s possibly arguing in his spare time. And every time you do this stupid stuff it gifts many who you’d consider rampers their rant (and I don’t blame them).

Pumpky, I'd second MrI...whatever may come may come, but don't pee on what is a significant milestone. If FDA had approved, you'll be going "but it hasn't passed clinical trials yet"

MrI - genuinely....get a grip. Reduce your holding below the level where you live in pure panic. Yes you are way too over-exposed to this share (which is a risk share as much as we believe in it) and only you can change that. Many here are over-exposed themselves, including me, but we seem to handle it with significantly more grace and poise.

Another JHFH query as I think you've told me about this before, I just can't remember. What do the Ph1 trials actually test? is it definitely efficacy of cure? Seems obvious, but I'm hoping so, I just have formatted all the memory banks that had that information! The question was posed to me by another mate (the one I ski'ed with) and I couldn't answer...he suggested it was simply toxicity...which I didn't want to believe and didn't feel right at all.

JHFH - interesting that you say it's the IND that drove the 4p...did you hear that from the company or its advisers? What I heard was the run was on the CBR enthusiasm post the RNS and building up to and around the JPM conf with some new investors coming in and then even more enthusiasm driving the placing. I'd prefer you to be right - as much as I'm excited about CBR, I think we'll see progress on CAR-T sooner.

Crunch, I don't disagree with you, it could come sooner, but it also could come later. The bias based on history is that things tend to take longer...as I said in my post. I'm waiting like everyone else, and would love to have it the soonest but it's more important for it to be done right. And hence the hurry up and wait phase. I'm fine with the waiting, but repetitive posting and navel gazing is tiresome.

MrI...What would a week be without a post from you saying RNS imminent and you're little surprised no buyers / but sellers blah blah blah. The same for Tilly's re-regurgitated long summary of the company.

We are in the hurry up and wait phase for sure, but progress will come when it comes. It's not going to be long, but it will almost always take longer than expected.
