RNS's on conference attendance is scraping the barrel and has always been. Suggesting they should do more of that behaviour must have been a joke that I missed. Unless of course the conference marketing guarantees that every attendee get $ms in funding, then RNS away.

I'm heading to the EGM next week, and will vote against the restructuring proposals. I'm a long term investor in ECHO, but feck me, enough is enough. We are going to be diluted away just as the cash flows (allegedly) start ramping. They need to explain why they aren't going to ramp the cash flows and then refinance sometime towards the end of 2023 early 2024 off the back of current and future cash gen. I'm a debt guy, that's what I would do...get the EBITDA up then use it.

MrIndia...at pains to not point out the obvious....if Vlad was going to announce something big next Tuesday that the board knew about, they would not be able to buy. It doesn't mean I expect Vlad to announce much. This is slowly slowly catch a monkey...I've accepted that.

As to the others who keep rabbiting on about progress on CBR and all other fronts. You can all kid yourselves that we're fully funded, but Vlad will be managing the ramp of costs now. We know from the presentation earlier in the year that absent non-dilutive funding or an equity raise, we can't afford to make progress on all fronts...at least not long enough to get anywhere meaningful. That was one of my key takeaways in my mind as I was one of I think 5 that sat round a table with Vlad. The best news I would want now I think (while we wait for CAR-T progress) is some partners bringing in some of their balance sheet to progress CBR etc...although always cautious as to what that means for our IP.

This is a pile of crap. If we have the ability to generate decent cash flow then you don't need to repay the debt. You generate decent cash through to 2024 and then you refinance taking out the debt. We've been done. Simples.

SP needs to climb or we're all going to get done over on the equity raise when it happens (assuming non-dilutive funding is a pipe-dream...hope to be wrong). The run-rate costs for the business have increased (new lab etc), all for good reason, but it's because of that that I suspect a raise, maybe sooner than next year may be required. The more we try get excited about progress on all the product candidates, the faster they'd have to be spending to make that progress. My memory was not that much to get excited about until Q4 (insofar as potential chunky SP influences)...but I thought that before we dropped down to 1.2p, so a lot of what I think we're seeing now is simply the market starting to take on a little more risk. If only it could tell that to my dog of an O&G share though...

Since I'm stuck in a pub waiting for my car AC to get fixed, I thought I'd chime in. It's been a while since I've been on here. I've been thinking about HEMO today as the piles of proxy voting docs for the holdings spread across the family arrived in the post. The game with HEMO will be the inevitable gap between the fund raise being needed early next year and the Phase 1's around the same time. Things on both sides will always take longer, so I suspect the fund raise has to start sooner than we'd like which will likely mean a price we don't like. None of us want that to happen. However, if we are to keep progressing on the multi-fronts we tout...I think we will need to. The alternative is for Vlad to accept less progress on everything other than CAR-T and to just spend the money on CAR-T, raise more money after progress of CAR-T to help on the other products, but we'd need to accept that we've lost the better part of a year on those products. I don't know what the right answer is. I won't find it at the AGM...but I'll go in any case. For those who don't remember me, I'm very long HEMO...to the extent that I embarrass myself when talking to Vlad as I typically just say I've been a shareholder since and then pick a date suitably long ago...only to be told they haven't been around that long. Anyway...good luck all...vasbyt is an Afrikaans term, but I think we will have to wait for the better part of another year before we feel progress.

To the crowd on here who think we have bags of cash in the bank...we are paying down [$ or £9m] owed to suppliers from the COVID period....that is the reason we haven't made progress like we wished with work overs and the like...it's in the last financials and the company has referenced it in recent RNSes...at least that's what I remember. If that was paid off we would be flying...at least in my view. But we can't ramp up production liek we want to without the supplier relationships...and hence the cash.

I'd agree there ought not to be a delay, although perhaps going concern discussions are a lot tougher this year with the auditors...would have thought not so given the debt rescheduling, but we are making a meal out of paying down the suppliers we owe. Maybe there's something in those frayed relationships that the auditors got getting excited about...we will find out.

Go join the t-gram group...it's public I think. Nothing will be new information...it's all there for Investors to glean themselves. The payables balance has been the issue...most income has been going to reduce it and that's hamstrung anything else. But sounds like things coming more under our control...new gas contracts should help a lot. But that's all stuff we know.

Just need a few more buys to trickle through this afternoon and before close tomorrow to push this up to 2p....then I'll thank Vlad for the Xmas present. Assuming no unwind. Bit of a weird present...something you didn't know you were getting a week ago...something that is gratefully received...but something that a year ago you would have laughed off as ridiculous if if you had been told what you would have been happy unwrapping a year later.

Might find MH is avoiding RNSing during COP26...just a guess, no insight given.
