Dhub, we have all these predictions every year and we're always nearly there...except we never get there. Do I think we will be progressing with CAR-T, yes I do, that's why I'm here. Do I think the clinical trials will be as painstakingly slow as the engineering and clean-lab certifications that everyone imagined at one stage would be done 6 months ago, yes I do. Do I think starting clinical trials is a guarantee of success, none of us should realistically be thinking that...that is the risk we are playing. Would that progress vs risk trade off next year be sufficient to get us up to a £120m market-cap - well therein lies the rub. Not early in the clinical trial process in my eyes, and not without a stronger balance sheet / more funding. Does that translate to 12.5p per share...I would love it to, but I expect some level of dilution ...but you guys are tired of hearing me say that. I genuinely think there is slow progress ahead as that's all I've seen here...ever as a shareholder from not long after listing. The lottery stuff with Hemo that drives a potential jackpot in the short term is stuff like CBR and perhaps a renewed fear pattern running through the sector stoking up pricing...but I intentionally used the word lottery. I do expect a re-rate if we make successful progress on the clinical trials, but that's not going to be immediate and not the minute we start trials. As for HFH...I'm taking your advice. I'll go for a jog today...the weather finally is decent enough to and I'm tired of sitting on a bike going nowhere. A bit like being a Hemo shareholder.

Oh lord it’s the festive ho ho hoping for a miracle…in the share price. No one has been remotely right about the share price forecasts in this forum…and that’s ever. You’ll find the person who got closest was probably Badger on the other site…which is as sad as it is concerning. I can only think that people are making these stupid predictions because they hope to luck into the day there is a decent announcement that bumps the share price decently. Otherwise we just look like idiots on the Xfactor voting 1,000,000% yes. And for the love of all things sensible…we do not have the money to run all products currently …and I very much doubt we have £6m still in the bank, so stop saying that. I do look forward to Hemos progress updates and I do have high hopes for the company, but I like to think my hopes are rational and not blind.

His tweet just said the conference should be interesting...I haven't seen him saying anywhere that he will have interesting news this week to share? Happy to be directed to where he has said that, but I expect not.

Tuan's sentiment is a bit mopey and garbled, but it's not wrong. I don't even want to know what my average is, but I was buying in the 3-9p days and celebrated the ~15p. I still celebrate the science. I celebrate the good times...Lot's of...OK, I won't go on with the puns.... last one....if we contribute to curing several forms of cancer as well as provide a completely alternative solution for viruses and the like, but make no money out of it, would we all celebrate?

There's a lot of history to this share...I've been there almost since the beginning. Navel gazing and asking questions like "are you a genuine investor" will give you the same answer back regardless of who you ask as someone who isn't genuine would lie. MrI, you've got more shares than me if I remember the numbers you threw out before. but I hold a decent chunk...that's also massively underwater. You should reach out to the broker for your conversations. If you're level-headed and a sensible chap and demonstrate that over time you will even end up in one-on-one conversations with Vlad. The offer was there for me next week (group zoom calls are for non-genuine investors)...(that's a joke), but unfortunately I'm in Paris. My concerns on the share are funding, and that's not a daft concern. What is daft, is people saying things like, well it's a 5p by Xmas share...we've learnt time and time again that timelines aren't fixed in pharma and everything takes more time than expected and the result may be what's not expected / hoped for. Do I hope the science gets us to that valuation...yes...but if it does, I think it would go screaming past that. Well...assuming we haven't got billions more shares in issuance due to funding needs.

HereForHemo, I’ve seen the same and had the same invite that you no doubt had. The fact that it had zero mention of funding made me ask why it wasn’t covered…the science and capability was excellent to see but the omission was the runway or plan to extend the runway.

You don't capital raise when you have no money left - you raise well ahead of that. Raising at these prices though is horrid, so I very much want to be wrong.

Yep, to be clear, I'm not saying a fund-raise is definitely on...that is me guessing. But I've been around the block on a number of investments/small companies and I've been expecting it here for a while given the ramp up in hiring, new premises, larger cash outflows expected in general. The share price movements and volumes over the last 2 weeks also got the spidey senses tingling. Or perhaps that's the conspiracy senses...I do get them confused occasionally.

MrIndia...I think you're stretching to suggest they have plenty of money. Common sense suggest costs have ramped and in their presentations earlier in the year they couldn't afford to pursue everything without funding coming from somewhere. My view is we're about to go through a fund-raise...which I suspect may be why Vlad is in town next week. I hope to be wrong and non-dilutive funding funds it all, but I suspect I'm being more realistic in not believing that.

That all being said...hopeless time scare is going to be the plot for my next movie. Well...it will be my first movie. Full disclosure - I don't make movies at all in fact, so this would be a career change from lion-taming.

I'm just complaining that you spelt weird wrong.

"Debt to be refinanced" - not quite the term I'd use. It's a restructuring through dilution which is permanent.

The 0.45 is the debt guys either agreeing the company is undervalued, or accepting they are unlikely to be repaid without keeping the shares traded (ie as opposed to wiping the equity holders out completely) and hence are happy to accept a haircut to their debt.

Progress with biotech's is always going to be slow...don't necessarily think it's a lack of transparency, more there's nothing real to say. I've at least given up active waiting after the many false dawns (some self inflicted by ourselves, some by Vlad's optimism)...there's a certain amount of peace that comes with that...although I'll start feeling less peaceful if by the end of the year we don't start hearing about non-dilutive funding plans beyond Q1...as otherwise we have a raise coming.

For the last 2-3 years or so we've been saying how much is happening in the next X months and we will be at (insert share price)p per share... Can only wait it out.

It's circular....we need a higher market cap to get on the radar of other proper investors.

~£5.8m cash, that's all we can care about. The rest of it is a non-event...there's nothing we didn't know.

With any luck the second vote gets cancelled when the shareholders vote against the restructuring.

There is no obligation to alert sooner I don't think, but that being said I do believe it was timed for the EGM later this week. And so was the RNS this AM. I'm attending and will almost certainly say no to the restructuring. It's almost certainly going to be to no avail, but we can only see.

JHFH - I'm doing my best to not wade into the chat, but starting to fail miserably. I don't expect any meaningful updates until we're well into Q4, possibly only Q1. That was based on the (June? can't remember when they happened) roadshow Vlad did. We don't have sufficient cash to push everything actively at the moment (again from the roadshow presentations), so I'm not expecting any surprises outside of steady progress on CAR-T and real progress (outside of clean room etc etc) in Q4 but more Q1. If there are surprises my view is they'd be on the funding side, and that would be RNSed (without talking about conference attendance) and not pushed out with an interim update. I'd be happily wrong on that...but don't expect to be. Any funding news though could be good or bad given past track record. Does anyone know if our cash was being held in USD or GBP? If it's GBP, then we've just lost [20%] of our runway with I'd assume almost all our costs being USD based.

MrI, that's as downtrodden a ramp as you can get. With news expected this Friday...what, the interims? That's hilarious.
