One brief last comment looking backwards though...with your determination that there is manipulation by one or more simply to make a slight gain, what's your take on the run on the SP earlier in the year in the weeks before the placing? Feedback from PHC was that the placing was opportunistic based on the run and direct incoming investment interest post some of Vlad's meetings. But if we use your lens, we'd be saying there was blatant manipulation by the company to ramp and dilute us less - how kind of them. I'm pretty sure you would have had the same conversations I had, so expect you to believe the former but maybe I'm wrong. Anyway, I'm trying to highlight my point on chasing shadows.

My point is put to bed, as am I. Let's continue being excited about the Science and hopefully the update from the company we all want over the next while.

JHFH - maybe when you get to your next season of Billions you'll realise you're dreaming up your "window to trade" in a small cap biotech. Deep down you must know that you're chasing shadows. I know the history from the Badger days on ADVFN but I really think you're reading too many conspiracy websites. Perhaps in your next conversation with Vlad you may even think to ask how long it might take to manufacture a lentivirus in China and get it back to the US - I'll be surprised if he doesn't tell you. None of that is insider information, much of that could be figured out via research, but even then it doesn't come close to creating an opportunity to trade. Your research on the actual science side is useful though, I look forward to hearing more from you on that.

Oh Lord...JHFH...too long to read. Yes we do know each other and respect each other, so I'm going to keep it reasonably short. I'm not a trader - you know that, your diatribe on that isn't sensible. If anyone is a sensible long term investor who is prepared to have sensible conversations with folks at PeterHouseCapital, you might might find you have conversations with the management team on your own or in a group with other investors. If you were all not so melodramatic, you might actually make progress there. No, there is no insider info shared - no matter how much any of your noses are out of joint by not being part of those conversations. When the customs info was discussed it was also shared on the basis that it's a belts and braces that may not even be required as we don't even know if the FDA will require it as the letter hadn't been received. So grow up.

You are way too pregnant on this share. Suck shut it up and wait, or sell down and get out. I suggest the latter as I don't believe this is the sector for you. Blowing up time and time again is you being true to form...Trump form...melodramatic form...there's a bunch of ways to describe it. Those are about the most favourable ones. Many of us are over-committed on this share, you're the only one who regularly collapses flailing around in a heap.

CAR-T we know what's playing out. There is no magic wand. If you keep asking for more info, then you've not listened to or read the info that's been provided or you're just plain old daft and impatient. We know the answer there.

CBR - there was another meeting with the US DoD on the 7th July I believe. Vlad has says these discussions will be slow going and didn't expect immediate results from that process - it will take time. Access to specialist labs / live viruses etc to continue the development of CBR also is slow and relies somewhat on 3rd parties as I understand.

Nothing happens quick in this sector particularly when you don't have $billions in cash to fund things.

I've had far too many years as a HEMO shareholder to pretend things will happen quickly. But I'm comfortable in my own mind that they will happen. On the plus side, if our virus manufacturer was in Europe we wouldn't be getting the remanufacturing done until sometime in October, so there is that.

Cyrox - start with a more realistic expectation of timing and you stand to not be disappointed rather you have the (slight) potential of being pleasantly surprised.

HH - yes defo has to go to China - that's from Vlad himself and mentioned specifically in the context of the work to solve the FDA issue.

Chris - Vlad has stated that transport takes time (inferred it's due to customs)...he suggested 3 weeks one way...it needs to go to China and come back (unless they have whatever they need from the prior run)...so it will take a little longer than what you suggest I think, at the minimum. It's a guess from me but I also expect the FDA to operate at bureaucratic pace...I don't expect them to go, "Ace that sorts everything" ...I'd guess it's 30 days for a response from them. But let's see...hopefully I'm wrong and they're being actively tee'ed up by the company as to what to expect and will move as fast as they can.

Different reference but many years ago I can remember getting a COP10 certificate from HMRC in a day that usually takes a month (I can't remember how long it usually takes, but it was a while). I had leverage as they misplaced some docs and there was serious potential for a deal for 3 new schools being deferred costing the taxpayer money...but I remember everyone saying, that's how it is, suck it up. I had the certificate in hand after a day - but that day was spent on the phone to HMRC. And HMRC isn't the FDA.

That’s actually a good question I haven’t heard an answer to. Maybe it wasn’t picked up because the phase 1 is mostly about toxicity and (I believe) not efficacy, but that’s a wild guess from me and not entirely logical as the IND submission wouldn’t have just been about phase 1.

The bits I heard was it was a single nucleotide that caused it and ultimately rendered 30% of the CAR-T ineffective (not toxic). AI was used to focus the hunt for the nucleotide and it came up with 3 potentials…they tested the 3 and found the one that’s the problem. Then figured out the fix which was “quick”.

Mickey, don’t you mean in your non-expertised and frustrated opinion it may mean running the 3 tests again? In speaking to Vlad before he didn’t think the 3 tests would be required again, but the RNS on the letter certainly doesn’t make it clear either way. In terms of timing to remanufacture most of the time is taken up by customs…he mentioned something like 3 weeks each way to clear customs. So I had 1.5 to 2 months to have it remanufactured in my head. Then that needs to be presented and cleared through the FDA, I havent formed a view on how long that takes but it’s not one week and it shouldn’t be 3 months….something in between there feels sensible. They also started the process to remanufacture before the AGM so maybe we are a couple of weeks into that timeline already.

Micky...the interview was done 3 weeks ago ie quite a bit before the AGM. Vlad's body language in the meetings I've seen is positive. The solution that he suggested we have already (100% purity) may even be beyond what the FDA asks and it will just take a little time to manufacture (moving stuff to China and back). He doesn't think we will need to go through the full independent testing again, but that remains to be seen. The letter is needed because we want certainty on path, HEMO were comfortable with what the FDA had discussed with them but haven't specifically seen how they may want it fixed or whether there are other curve-balls lobbed into the letter. There shouldn't be (it would be disingenuous of the FDA to throw in something they haven't raised before), but we won't know until we get it.

MrI, there's no such thing as ramping and deramping based on your logic as no one has insider information. Casually suggesting that we will be above the 2.5p absent new news is what's annoying. If you phrase it like your last message...ie to you it seems like the market has digested info on IND and is taking a more confident view that it will get done and hence might power us over 2.5p. That's a view that I could listen to and engage with and I would say isn't ramping. But going like you did yesterday which was something along the lines of "we will go through 2.5p before the AGM"... that's just plain old ramping even without inside info.

MrI...Since the placing I don't think we were at 2.5p before the bad news from the FDA. My view is there is very limited chance that we will be above that absent clear direction from the company on resolution with the FDA or something out of the blue. And that's a very sensible, grounded in reality view. Stop pretending you're not driving the ramping echo chamber by claiming its your opinion. And again, you're tying stuff to the AGM which is irrelevant from the share price perspective. As I suggested before, park the hype. Most of us are in with HEMO for the long term.

With your typical logic, we could easily be at £1 a share if Vlad got onto Joe Rogan and told him about CBR.

11 days until the AGM - it's an irrelevant date to be tying a SP increase to. My view - the movement up now is because it was oversold on the FDA news. The next SP move will be linked to information on the FDA process, or something positive news on CBR.

Why don't we just park the hype and wait until we hear from the company.

The rampers won't win an argument suggesting any less of an issue and you won't win an argument suggesting any more based on what's been said by the CEO in plain English. If you don't want to take the scientist and CEO at face value and want to believe he's gaming this whole thing then you're as bad as the rampers and aren't being sensible.
