HH…again…what version of HEMO? We couldn’t fund trials with what we have. So you’re either talking about a) a version that has no trials because they aren’t taking place b) a version where the trial costs are being funded by others . For a) Vlad would raise as much as he could now, the SP would tank. For b) Vlad wouldn’t raise now if he had runway it would be significantly cheaper to raise later.

HH…your stream of consciousness on funding runway is entertaining. What version of HEMO that’s funded until “Dec 2024” would raise now at current price if the IND approval is imminent? It’s safe to say we all generally feel approval is likely. If Vlad wasn’t comfortable it was coming he would more likely have raised as much as he could as it would be at a worse price next time.

Keep it simple people…this is bridging cash to the IND approval.

Pumpky... RNS yesterday would have been to make sure they were on-side and not disclosing stuff to those being marketed to on the placement that the shareholders didn't know. ie to me it's the other way around. The placing price would have been the placing price before then. But, the placing does tell us there is very little runway...it is only 22.5mn shares, it's a small amount of money relatively, but it does raise warning flags if there are any other hiccups with the IND Approval. On approval we can also expect another raise, whether it's via Prevail or others it's coming.

FFS....so....placing RNS. Only £534k raised, but it's clear then that money is tight.

Pumpky, mjng might be right if HEMO had ever been ahead of schedule on anything at any point and had any control of work process around year-ends. No one rushes in December unless you’re an accountant, auditor, salesman or a fat man in a red suit. My view is to accept it’s Q1 and then fall off my chair if it’s sooner.

Micky, I believe you. Anyone magically thinking otherwise based on prior history must be a brand new shareholder or not using the Gregorian calendar. But either way, Q1 should hopefully be all good assuming our cash gets us there.

Vlad wouldn't be able to sell CBR without us having a say as JHFH suggests. It's a key asset of the company, they've raised capital and have investors who have stuck in cash on the back of the CBR potential. There is no way anything happens to monetize CBR by moving it out from HEMO without us having a vote on it. Pumpky, as usual I have no idea whether your question was genuine or just trying to play dumb to stoke fear. Anyone who wants to speculate around what might happen - enjoy the mental masturbation.
