More dilution was always coming, it's always going to be a game of how much we dilute vs the increase in the value per share...the consolidation was necessary. I've said that, but it's in the complete absence of clarity of the deferred shares and the like. One thing I don't like is that someone investing in us for CAR-T most likely gets CBR and CDX for free...it would be better to me to have those separate.

BHI…you’re an idiot by making statements of fact like that. I count myself as one of those investors you talk about and I’m hopeful of a non-dilutive funding solution, but I don’t pretend it’s guaranteed. It may be exasperating arguing with the dopes on here with an agenda but all they want is to lower the rest of us down to their level of grandiose statements of facts which aren’t facts.

Subush...it's not being negative, it's just apparent someone (in a green box haven't seen what they wrote, but I can guess) is letting their exuberance get the better of them. HFH - that's one take...this is how I see it and I'm pretty sure how the company sees it. For sure we have to now focus all our money on the one product candidate. If through that the cash reserves or funding sources open up, then we'll start spending more on the others. If you had been to or listened in on the meeting in June / July (I forget when it was)...CDX is not dead. For the [£20 something] million they've raised and spent we have multiple product candidates. The comparison in that meeting was to another company that had spent [$90m] or something on a single candidate and had nothing to show for it. The company has managed significant and substantial research on a very lean budget. That budget was never going to be enough to progress all candidates...we have always been in the position where money from one of our candidates in some form was going to be needed to continue the development on the others. And that's where we are. We do though have a candidate about to go into the clinic...everything else of substance is paused to manage cash burn and to allow for the process to progress as far as possibly before more money is needed.

Swazers...I understand you being defensive based on what was thrown at you by this group, but many folks here are right. Technical analysis on a share with low market cap, low trading volumes, linked to mostly binary pass fail future revenues or fund raising points is not going to be meaningful. Trying to link what the trading floors do to include much thought about HEMO on any one of their many screens as you describe is not the way to try build support. I do wish you well as mates building their own AI tools and another running a trend following hedge funds will attest to the the opportunity from the tech...but it's not on HEMO.
