Day before / day of the raise. And no I did not / would not trade. I also didn’t put money in because I guessed the knock on implication of such a crappy price would mean the share price sucking for the next while. So I have plenty of time to decide whether to stick more money in at or around the same price.

Moors...within a few minutes of receiving I went back saying the pricing was wrong (gave them an out by pretending it was square bracketed and clearly going to be higher...I knew it wasn't) . I gave them my reasons and noted every single shareholder would feel the same. I reinforced what I felt were gaps in the marketing doc that created concerns - I highlighted that those concerns were raised because they cut-off the goodwill with the pricing. I would have overlooked them if I felt they were appropriately managing pricing. I was livid because I knew immediately what it meant for the next 4 to 8 months and...I don't believe the markets are that tough. I've seen equity purse strings being opened in tech this year (not bio so I know not the same) and last year they were definitely closed.

At heart though...I do trust Vlad. So, after all is said and done and after another raise that's not right...we do have enough to get to the first patient possibly even 2 or 3. And any positive story there will make us forget this raise.

If you want to be reflective fully…I was in the tent on the sounding but when they told me the price I said no. I believe in the company and if it was higher I might have taken part. I think I’ve said that all before. But when it was pitched I knew immmediately I’d be able to buy shares cheaper than the issue price. Thats what makes me so bleeding angry. If the price had been more smartly managed we would be 25% higher for the next x months until the trials.

Market sounding, yes.

JHFH....would anything change in your view if you found out the entire equity raise process, including market sounding took 4 days? I ask to stir thought. I would have stuck money in if it was marketed to me at 2.5p but not been happy...I didn't at 2p. We are all here waiting now for the result of the first patient. That defines our next step. Are we funded to that point...yes. Are we happy with how it was funded, no. We probably have a 4 month wait at least. First patient is H2...if you didn't get the marketing.

The level of sophistication here becomes apparent when folks start attacking market soundings. They are a normal part of the process. Understand a lot of it is just coming from pure annoyance at the placing price...well mine is!

Raising less at 2.5p would have been the better signal here. Not ideal but would show progress, but still slow going. Do not buy the message it was a difficult market at all...it was more difficult last year and (although a lower amount) we raised at 2.375p. That was before the FDA approval.

Part of me is wondering whether there is a filter all except Haywain option on this site. That's mostly what I login here for. But on your latest post...while it's easy to admire the belief in ethics and the appropriate motivations...we are also sat here waiting and hoping for a JV announcement with a large pharma. That pharma is driven by shareholders who want a monetary return (but likely will try hide that in fuzzy language about good of mankind as well). That's the world we live in and we have to raise our funds in - unless someone else on here has squillions to invest ethically?

Haywain , question for you. Does clinical testing require chunky cash bonds to be held by the FDA? No idea at all if that’s a thing in pharma but I’ve seen it used in other industries…ie company cash held by the FDA to fix problems if the company goes down the tubes or the testing goes wrong. Hopefully it’s a no. Just mulling it through to try I get a full feel for trials costs.

And with car-t being customised per patient…is JHFHs comment about lentivirus accurate ? Ie if HEMO is sat on stock of the lentivirus is the prep of treatment for the trial patient entirely in HEMOs control in their own clean room/ lab?

Everything went into making sure no issue with fda, ie the whole team. Definitely capacity now to work on the other stuff. Although this is all coordinated so I presume there is some level of raise (minor for working cap / runway purposes I hope) happening. It would a) make sense and b) fit with the normal m.o.

I didn't make a big deal before about filtering him. I just got tired of repeat grog this grog that, copy paste of prior lengthy milestones / ramps all under the guise of humour. And I have no hard feelings towards him, he's just a green box because there is a feature to remove things that annoy you. By all means use it on me. You'll gain very few green boxes as a result...almost like it's not worth it. I've been here since 2018 if that's part of the pee-ing contest.

Oh I forgot about Tilly, he's been a green box for a while for those reasons.

Prior HEMO experience has typically been rise ahead of the news...then a little on the news...only to drop later in the day. Hopefully it's different this time around. It should be...but have been stung too many times.

If it's in 2 weeks then HEMO would be clinical before (Chinese) year-end.
