As has been repeated here multiple times....the last we have heard is we are waiting for internal approvals for the trials at either of the sites...it's unclear if that has been received yet, but it's out of our hands and Vlad has indicated he keeps chasing as much as he can. After that there are some steps to train / pick patient etc. From the patient decision it's something like 2 weeks to treatment. Haywain has suggested here or elsewhere that his experience in the industry is no comms until the first patient is treated. I believe Haywain. So I don't expect comms until first patient treated...and we have no idea whether we are still waiting for either of the sites to approve. Yes it will be super-exciting when the news comes, but please stop the drift to "it's happening now" and please stop spitting the dummy and saying we haven't had an update.

Lloydyboy666… make an effort why don’t you. Read the feedback of the lunch on the 26th June. We are in a holding pattern at the whim of the 2 test site’s internal bureaucracy. That is what it is. My concern is more you know that and are just trying to on to drive down sentiment.

Dhub, that's a daft response . Although for once it's different to you trying to describe buys as sells or vice versa. It's relevant to post info like that for sure. At the meeting a month or so ago though, Vlad was asked what made him list on the LSE and it was basically circumstantial based on who they met and who helped them get the company going. That being said, he didn't give any inkling that he was thinking of delisting...and in any event...you all have to stop panicking and think what's required to delist. You don't just do it...you either need very high concentration of share ownership across a handful of people, or you need someone with money driving it. We are the owners of the company...Vlad doesn't just get to decide he's going private...we would have to be persuaded to approve.

You are idiots to keep clamouring on about no communication. We had a presentation at PHC a few weeks ago. Vladik and Alexis were on good form and were both sincere and clear. Stop whining.

Kingpin...you have a chunk of shares and you seem sensible. Why have you not built your own relationship with PHC (and by proxy or direct with Vladik)? As JHFH stated we can easily muster the requirement for an EGM at any time, without making a large mailing list. You have had feedback here (via those that attended) making it clear that the company is doing their best on pushing the 2 sites (why on earth is someone challenging whether there are 2 sites...so Vlad's just made it up is your logic?...whoever that was FFS that's a very Stu thing to do). Money isn't being poured into CBR and CDX as it's limited...the focus is CAR-T...given we are in a waiting pattern for the green light, that means there isn't going to be much news...until there is.

I think it's been highlighted below already, but HEMO is doing and has done everything they can to get the trials going. It's entirely now driven by the internal bureaucracy at the 2 labs...they have to go through their process / internal approvals which is a black box in terms of timing. Vlad said that they keep chasing them up weekly etc but have hit the point where they are being told to stop nagging. Approval wiIl come when it comes. Other info he shared was that once they have identified a patient (ie everyone has nodded their head and agreed that this is the first patient), it's ~2 weeks from then until injection.

Cyrox...ADHD much? Patience is a pre-requisite of sensible biotech investment, but you're right, after 1 day it's worth trashing the alternative forum attempt for not fully discussing and solving the world and HEMO's problems.

An RNS and the panic is back - it's a concerted effort it seems. Again I'm not bothering to read the green box turkeys, just adding to them. There is no reason to panic unless you never knew you were buying into a high risk investment - if that's the case the panic is nothing to do with HEMO and everything to do with your own maligned expectations. Those throwing out stupid stuff like we're out of cash by October...Vlad has many times said they can throttle up and down the spending as it suits. They are funded through treating a number of initial patients on the first trial. Yes we will need more money at some point, yes a raise might make sense in October, but it won't be because we're out of cash. Same as before, the hope is positive results on the trials help drive that next fundraise from a big pharma. The RNS is a bridge to the AGM...use it. Wait for the AGM and if you want to, ask questions. Like normal, sensible investors do.

What have I missed in the green boxes for it to feel like there's panic here. HEMO have said the trials would start in H2....we are not in H2 yet. HEMO have said they've raised enough for the trial to treat a number of initial patients (more than 1, less than 5 I think). They will need more money beyond that but if there are positive signs from the early patients, then we'd hope funding comes from big pharma in some form. HEMO is extremely unlikely to raise money to complete trials via the market and I don't think has any intention to. The goal as I understand is to get some cash from a "successful" monotisation of CAR-T to enable them to chase all the other ideas they've got in their pipeline. The AGM is in a couple of weeks...there is usually some update info that is shared there. Instead of sitting here listening to the likes of MrI and Stu, just switch off and wait for the AGM. Yes they will have been developing the trial process, setting up space in a UPenn lab, developing a procedure to identify and filter / select patients....yes this takes time....yes we should wait to hear details of how it's going from the company.

Solow...you say "the money out there"...have you done some research on what the biotech capital raise market has been like over the last while? ie if there was loads being invested into small cap early stage biotech over the same period, I'd understand your point. Otherwise it just sounds like you're moaning and unhappy...which fair do's we all probably are a little. The market though sucks and has done for a while based on the anecdotal bits I hear. My own view is it's a COVID hangover...people on COVID profits tried to make more money in biotech post COVID, have realised it's harder without a pandemic and have swung massively away from it. I don't think it's right to moan about having to do a raise each year when this is a pre-revenue business. Vlad tried the big raise years ago to avoid incremental ones, as you know, but all it did was ruin the flavour of mint for most of us.

PJT12...yes, very idealistic. There are no director market purchases...at least none that I'm aware other than that Andrew financial guy who bought a limited amount at one point...a long time ago. I feel you're all missing the point Haywain makes (and he's about the only person on this group who can speak with experience and authority in this sector)...it is a massive achievement for the company to get a drug into the clinic on such a small budget. Then also to have a portfolio of other potential ideas that are progressing is another feather in Vlad's cap. The company is in a decent position. The fact that investors seem to have a post-COVID hangover and hate the sector right now is what it is. We live through that and hopefully come out the other side. I don't begrudge Vlad his earnings....he's actively working for them. He's not a CEO who sits there above the business...he is the business and is deep in driving its development. I'd bet he's better value as a CEO than many other biotech peers. But anyway...for laughs...we've also had [20%?] inflation over the last while, so some of that increase is at least inflationary.

Cheers JHFH - in more ways than one. I personally have just gone with the green boxes rather than cold turkey. I do appreciate some of those inputting (you are one of them, Haywain another), but the conspiracy theory nutters and otherwise poor quality human shaped trolls seep into every crack and delight in wallowing in a boards misery. That being said...like with HEMO, I'm every bit hopeful that patience pays off. HEMO news will come and trolls will get bored or perhaps even hit puberty.

Guinness what are you on about? We are all sat here waiting for the first patients, which the raise marketing suggested was H2. We are funded until then. No ramping no deramping in that…just patience. Perhaps I’m missing out on the drivel as most folks have earned their green box, but we know more funding will be required later. There are no surprises or deramping in that. But it’s not now and it’s not before the first patient.
