JHFH - I agree it completely clobbers the uncertainty, which is great. I assume they have only just got to the position to be able to announce it now. If they had been able to announce it weeks ago and chose to wait, we will end up down the rabbit hole thinking of reasons why they waited. Bank it, now wait for IND application and we move on.

MrI, we've seen on CDX, timelines aren't precise and do drift. Hang in there...my view is Vlad tweeting the science stuff is because he knows we're chomping at the bit. I still am relaxed and I think I suggested before that if we had heard nothing before the end of the month, maybe then I'd start asking more questions. That's only a week away, but I also am not overly fussed and will give them more rope as I know the funding is sorted. There are an infinite number of reasons why timelines may have drifted, I'm not going to sit and worry just yet.

For the rest, just heading back from half-term in Dubai. You'll be disappointed to hear that there were no HEMO meetings or discussions on the beach. I don't believe he's a HEMO investor.

Sure any version of corporate play / restructuring is possible but it’s fairly clear to me that moving the asset would be about realising best value for shareholders…and it’s almost certain to me that we would have some say in it. The problem we’ve had before on this group when this was discussed is some less corporate folks on the group started to panic thinking Vlad would be doing a dirty and giving the value away. That was quite a (misguided) leap in my mind from a subsidiary company being registered.

One2one if you’re quoting the company from a couple years ago (celebr8 life?) I’m assuming that’s mainly to hold the CBR IP and would be a subsidiary of Hemo, so for all intents and purposes the same as Hemo.

Charles, the pre-IND engagement with the FDA was meant to get rid of any surprises. I just think everyone has to be patient regardless. We can push as much as we want but timelines for whatever reason will take longer like in any development project. There could be a million reasons for slight shifts in timing but they are irrelevant in the grand scheme… no point in sitting on edge waiting, poised.

Tsbs I would have talked with the same cynicism except I talked to the company and understood there was more runway on the cash (I think June was the targetted
timing for a raise). What drove the timing now was strong external interest post cbr rns and jpm conference. And money being waived in the face is hard to refuse particular when you know you would have to raise later in the year where who knows what might have happened to the sentiment and market by then.

Correction…CBR could be a game changer. A lot of people will be healthier and we will all be very rich if it does what it says on the tin.

Stu is being a twit on CAR-T, building up elements of a discussion and getting reasonably close to pulling it off…but then collapsing into a whirl of nonsense. I believe this is to cover off that he hasn’t done his reading on what the company has said about their IND submission over the last 2 years and how the submission process evolved during COVID.

Stu - I would have thought you'd rather take the bait I laid out and highlight that there are already many predictive tools on this site. This is not an issue and you know it. If there's complete silence for a few more weeks, then maybe, but not now.

Chris0123...I think your analysis on the days that announcements came out on is incomplete. Can you run the correlation to Vlad's tweets, with some multi-variate regressions linked to the genre of music mentioned in the tweet. I think then we should be well placed to use it as a predictive tool.

Stu...jeezum....I know you are trying to stoke discussion in a reasonably appropriate fashion, but come on. If you aren't an investor you're talking to folks who have had some proper learning experiences on CDX delays etc...I'm included in that. If we get to the end of Feb and we've heard nothing, I would start thinking a little more (hence my comment I'm expecting things to play out over several months), but simply trying to create a mountain out a molehill because of a handful of days is unnecessary and not realistic if you've ever been on any development project.

I will admit it's a very nice shaped molehill with a perfectly formed ramp up to a peak - almost like it was hand-crafted by a professional team of specialist rampers, but really this is not an issue for now.

Pumpky - there may well be a "model" (no idea of the technical term), that the earlier 2 tests were individually checked against and hence they could have been signed off. But I also see the reason why they may need to be compared against each other for consistency, before being confirmed. I did think that when the RNS came out it was suggesting the independent certification on all 3 was yet to be started, but I wasn't certain and just accepted I didn't know. For the handful on this group to be so certain of their interpretation, my guess was it could only have come from direct chats with Vlad - the wording in the RNS wasn't able to be interpreted as emphatically as claimed in my view. That being said, the blinkers and confirmatory bias on this group meant that there was no way any other interpretation could be entertained or any serious discussion held on this. So all I do on this is sit back and wait to hear the actual answer from the company, either via RNS, or when I next have a chat.

HemoT, yes, you could figure out the former director...do some digging, show some actual skills. He spends a lot of time on an island off Spain if that helps.

I have left my money in HEMO and don't trade it like my mate. I am bullish due to the pipeline (I was originally in it for the super-mice) and decided ages ago I'm in it for the result, which I do believe could be life-changing...but it also might not be. I also have a full-time job (despite a week skiing), while my mate is semi-retired / spends his day trading and researching, so he can be more active. But he has the balls to do what he's doing in jumping in and out, I don't. He didn't like the CLN deal long before it blew up and yes, I think was fully out by then. I hung in the whole way through and don't feel smart for it.

So back to your complaint about me...I am bullish, I aim not to be blindly bullish. That doesn't mean mean doom and gloom, but for sure when I see the blinkers are on and the mob mentality rising, I'll quite possibly throw something in to either suggest to the 4/5ths of the crowd who aren't doing their own thinking here that maybe, just maybe people are being a little too optimistic on everything from timing to chance of success. Or I'll just do it for a laugh.

Hemot, just wanted to come back on fractions, as I seem to recall you being 4/5ths full of it last week...but perhaps it was higher than that. The chances of meeting another HEMO shareholder in the mountains randomly...the chances would seem pretty low. But you tend see the answer you want when you're blinkered and gloss over the assumptions you are making along the way. Without the blinkers there are much simpler explanations easily available - like a bunch of lifelong friends go meet in the mountains once a year and those friends also discuss investments like they have done for years.

Hemotwit...He's a long time friend who got me into Hemo in the first place [5 years ago? can't remember exactly) because of his relationship with the director and knowledge of the company...and to correct detail, a former director - typing too quick. And yes, 12th year we've been on this ski trip with a bunch of mates from university, childhood and all that good stuff. You are quick to to lord around oh so clever thinking and intuition but seem to forget about how the real world works. For the record, I am also expecting progress out the company shortly, but I think this plays out over a few months, and while I'd take any kick in price and major inflection, I'll have to see it to believe it. I am in it though for the long term fishing expedition on the pipeline. HEMO still trades on enthusiasm, it's what we spoke about in the mountains. The mate's got a smaller holding than me now, but he's made a truckload more money than I at least have by playing the HEMO swings when the news is there by selling and waiting for the drop. He told me to sell at 10p...I didn't. He did. He bought back in recently and sold out I think around 3.5p or so....he has now bought back in.
