Yep you've made a good purchase here. Cash generating junior miner in lower part of production cost curve with substantial exploration resource upside. Shares have been hammered previously so we're in near the bottom. Absolutely no reason why this shouldn't be a bagger with 12-24 month view and heavily leveraged against gold price although they have hedged some production prudently.

And we did. Gold continuing to move upwards.

The 7.52 and 7.55 trades are both SELLS meaning the true bid is much higher than that quoted. We must have a buyer with a large appetite. Looking very good here.

Very clever and a professional, prob an institution. They're not driving the price up but waiting for the supply and accumulating slowly as that supply comes onto the market. You can see it in the trades.

As I say it would appear to be the long PI's dream scenario, a large background BUYER. And why not for goodness sake. Ridiculous undervaluation here and these sort of undervaluations cannot be sustained for ever. The market always reverts to valuation, indeed it may even overshoot to the upside in time. The other thing to consider here is that SHG must be a potential takeover target so we have that bonus too.

Rather than the quoted 7p. Makes a nice change in these markets to have a background BUYER.

Unexpected bonus announcement of both higher ounces and grade at Yaoure. All adds further weight to a considerable long term investment case here.

I note from the history of RNS announcements here that last January was the only year a trading statement has been issued. We've had no announcement this year thus far. This could in fact be good news since it appears the reason they issued the statement last year was to alert the market in advance that results would be below expectations. So, no shocks to be expected here.

Looking quite good here. Now the sell on news brigade have departed I see no reason why this should not now slowly appreciate. The fundamentals are very good and improving. I think that, provided there are no big problems operationally, why they can't exceed their production target this year. Especially when you consider Q4 production was the equivalent of approx 120k ozs per year! When you compare that to this years target prod of around 85k you start to see the potential. A strong hold for existing investors and potential investors should give this a good look. There is also the wild card of a significant gold price rally.
