Good morning. Thanks for the link. I've read through it and it looks pretty good. Two things not 'so' good I noted were:- 1. The recovery rates could be improved and that is considered important (naturally) to the economics/profitability of the mine. It looks like they think they can optimise. 2. The KR tax rates go up as the gold price increases. No details provided. That said its a fantastic resource at a decent grade and they've probably still only scratched the surface of what could be something beyond humongous. So def on balance its well worth holding here and accumulating at these absurd valuations.

Hehe yeah I know what you mean! I've given up trying to follow any logic in the SP patterns here suffice to say that I do think there's been some shorting going on.

Looks like we're consolidating nicely after a brief and small pullback (bet that's me opening my big mouth again!) We'll see. Prospects excellent and gold price recovering after an attempt at a slam last night.

Apologies I was aware you were referring to Tyratech but I was just mentioning another company, Metal Tiger, whom share the same nomad and broker as STL. And I didn't meant to ignore or pass by your mention of TYRU which is certainly an interesting company with an interesting product offering. I went to the Investors Forum the other day and saw the CEO give a presentation which was both informative and quite entertaining! I made a note of the company and its now on my watch list.

Thats a sound decision IMO. Sometimes you have to change your mind in investing depending on events. That was the WORST possible financing outcome for IMM PI's for the foreseeable future. The IMM BOD don't care. They've got the capital they require and continue to draw their handsome salaries. It will be the small investors who will suffer with substandard SP performance. There are IMM PI's who continue to 'believe'. 'Believing requires faith, emotion. Thats fatal in investing. Anyway enough of IMM speaking of the new brokers/nomads, yes I also noticed that MTR have the Spark/SI combination. Different sector, resources, but interesting nonetheless. I would be fascinated to know what determined their decision to change.

For the clarification and your thoughts. As always sensible and considered opinions. How refreshing. According to gold analysts we are only $27 away from the start of a new gold bull market. If that happens that should concentrate a few Chinese minds. Charaat must be strategically a no brainer purchase for them right on their doorsteps and in the certain knowledge that there is a lot more gold there than so far defined.

The era of central bank control within markets appears to be nearing a conclusion. Markets always win in the end. Gold has a long way to go to get back to where it should be and as it does stocks like SHG will be massive winners. The leverage against the gold price in stocks like this is unbelievable and will see multi bag after multi bag. You may have noticed I am a Gold bull. ;)

Good point about the 1.45m trade mate. Singer still haven't reported it. I wonder why not? Should this be reported to the takeovers panel or give Singer a chance to clarify?

You surprise me. Not difficult to counter. For starters not sure what he's blathering on about. I'll respond more fully later but CGH have zero debt. They are smack bang in China's Silk Road Gold harvesting fields. This will be bought out.. It's just a question how much they (the Chinese) pay.

Just bought two more tranches of stock @ 7.20p. Had to split or they wanted nearer 7.40. It may or may not be near the bottom but this is so obviously undervalued it will yield a decent profit sooner or later. Just sit and hold and wait for the upturn. If it goes any lower that is a further buying opportunity.

It's pretty obvious this is def being shorted. Today's action has demonstrated it. The question is how much lower are they going to try and take it. It's risky because the company is due to announce optimisation of the PFS in Q1 plus we have a strong gold price. But no ones nibbling so it's happy days for the shorting brigade. But it's not sustainable and at some point they have to close out.

The price action suggests its being shorted but I can't see any notification on the FCA site. JPM are shareholders here. Maybe they've lent some shares to their pals. Whatever, its ridiculously undervalued like so many other goldies. Our time will come.

Done some more research. Market is currently pricing this at $4 per oz based on EV per oz which is a standard industry calculation of resource value. So if you buy at this price you are paying just $4 per oz for every ounce of gold that Charaat has in the ground. I haven't yet been able to establish the current approx EV per oz market payable but I can guarantee it is a lot higher than $4. At a guess I'd say about $30 minimum. Whatever, this is a bargain and sales don't last for ever.
