I believe the market has got it completely wrong in assuming that vaccine success = SNG failure. Vaccine success or failure is irrelevant to SNG because it never has been and never will be in competition with the vaccine. It is complementary.

Once it is approved apart from the immediate need to treat patients all over the world and we must keep in mind we will be in a massive global market, governments will quietly stockpile SNG001 through the back door to prevent the same scenario occurring again WHEN not IF the next pandemic strikes.

That’s another thing, at the time of the placing they intended to submit the IND by end Oct. Nothing has been RNS’ed. Does that mean they’ve done it but not considered RNS’able... if RM mentioned in webcast that trial should start in a couple of weeks then they must have done it. It always seems we are left guessing.

My understanding is that it is effectively split P2/P3 hence the use of the terms ‘pilot’ and ‘pivotal’

Also, if it’s the ‘past’ or previous trial why does it refer to a total of 820 patients including up to 300 per arm on the pivotal? That is def not the past trial.

I know it’s confusing and perhaps the information provided is either inaccurate or out of date but the fact remains that it refers to the trial completing in Feb next year so it is not the trial that completed in spring this year.

Shan - budenoside is simply another corticosteroid. It can help inflammation but it will not affect or attack the virus. It’s not an effective treatment. I should know as I suffer from autoimmune condition, ulcerative colitis. You can’t even compare it to SNG001 and it’s efficacy.

As for what it will peak at exactly I have absolutely no idea but it will be in pounds rather than pence. You can be sure of that.

On all technical measures this looks very oversold. And on a fundamental basis it is ludicrously cheap if you consider they have a very reasonable chance of gaining FDA approval. If that happens this will be in the pounds not pence.

Notable rise in volume today but suspect will pale into insignificance in comparison to next week. ;)

Suspect if it wasn’t for the warrant exercises over past few weeks this would’ve crossed 3p already in build up to drill results.

Nice ramp on Advfn where a poster recalled an increase at Rockfire from 0.5 to 2.3 off the back of much awaited drill results. And that was when POG was $1,450! A similar increase would do me although we must remember a second set of drill results should follow in December from Barnes.

Caterham thanks for posting. Interesting. But actually it makes MORE positive about AGL because I am encouraged by the interest the NHS are showing in it. Which means they want to see a transition in technology from invasive biopsies to far less invasive simple blood tests.

I am confident, very confident this is no competition to Angle though since they are light years ahead of Grail. AGL have already passed P3 trials and have submitted for approval to FDA. IF Grail ever reaches that stage it will be a number of years into the future. If! Angle also possess a USP which is the ability to harvest CTC’s - then grow them in the lab.

I just want the SP to stay depressed for a while yet until I have some more funds to add. Ideally at even lower price but one mustn’t be greedy :)
