chique- my point is there is NO mass sell off in POLY. This is a myth. The vast majority of shareholders are sitting tight.

It’s January ffs. There is a lot if trading to be done between now and when any possible relisting takes place.

Two days ago volume was 5 million. About ONE percentage of the share capital - percentage fall in SP multiples of that figure
Yesterday 2.5 million traded - just 0.5% of shares traded - again price falls multiples of that figure
Today so far 800k traded and another 7% fall

Work it out. This is just speculative trading causing the price fall.

More than 95% of holders have sat tight so far. Fact.

One would hope that Tom and Feedback would be VERY aware of this tender and already bidding! If not why the heck not?!

As for trust contract values I recall Tom saying the contract values are dependent on the numbers of users per trust so there will be variations.

No doubt that Poulden is 100% a negative for this company now. Something of an embarrassment and quite inept. However, this company does have some interesting acreage and prospects. So I will watch on the sidelines for now.

Yes be careful now, that’s my thinking. A placing is due with cash situation. The last placing was not far short of two years ago @ around 5p if I recall correctly. He’s not going to get anywhere near that this time but he won’t want it less than 2p.

Guessing his purchase was the 9.5 trade @ 10:34 today.

I suspect this will go back to around 1 to 1.5p by the time the next fundraising is complete. At which point it will be worth a punt.

The following is the primary reason for the fall in SP today. More significant than any production stats.

“Working capital

· As a result of impacted Q4 2022 gold production and sales the Company's financial and working capital position has been adversely affected - the Company is working on additional funding to support delivery of 2023 mine plan.

· The Company's current cash balance is c.£350,000 with a net debt position of £12.6 million.”

In other words a placing unless they can raise more debt. But they need cash - soon.
