Too early to buy yet !, the 12 Month low is 30p & it might dip below this time around.

The SP has nothing to do with Tullow the Co, it’s in name only. Tullow sold it’s shares at IPO. If I bought £500k worth & dumped it one Month later & repeated this every two Months the SP would osculate. Nothing to do with TLW, the Market, Oil or anything else. But what the Industry does is far more sophisticated than this.

Bluemoon71, your post is spot on, this is not normal. It’s clear that something odd is going on. What did Jefferies know that Canaccord didn’t ? Sentiment however is not applicable. Sentiment implies Human involvement. These stocks are price managed by pre programmed computer programs with a macro & micro objective. The micro is to take money off Day Traders. Which is why the stocks often pull back to the day lows later in the day, or following day. The macro I think has been in the planning for a long time & is in response to minimal PI participation to make money off. And TLWs failed merger last year.

M&A is a big money spinner for the Industry & I expect to see the concerted games continue over the summer in the hope that their objective is achieved. Failure however should see the stock prices recover at some point. Psychology: PI’s are drawn to trading low priced stocks & Order-Flow-Volume is what this is all about. To pay the industries wages & bonuses.

I don’t think that anything has changed here. In fact things maybe improving all but slightly. One issue is the very low PI participation otherwise the stock would be trading better. This is the same with ENQ, HBR & GKP. It’s the same trading model just with a little bit more extreme trading range, due to the low participation. If PI’s were buying more this wouldn’t have dropped to this level. I’m confident this will trade back to 60p later this year or early next.

It’s to do with Dividends. Pension Funds etc buy the stock & that reduces the Free Float. Also Pro Traders trade volume, which earns the industry fee money. Example BP. In the absence of this the Industry makes it’s money by other means, which is what you see here, Shorting.

Stocks osculate in Side-Channels because of limited Investment at the top & Shorting to the bottom. The FT100 is only 742 points higher that it was 22 years ago.

Fortunately unlike Futures stocks can not trade negative. If they did I’m sure many UK listings would be trading in negative figures.

This is either standard UK Industry share management ie via Shorts or someone has a bee in their bonnet with Oil stocks & are trying to force consolidation. Another big earner for the Industry. If the Shorting continues TLW could be at 20p or less come the AGM.

The problem is that the UK Investment Industry can’t encourage Investment, they only know how to Short what’s already there. I feel sorry for the Co boards, little wonder the RNSs are few & far between.

Yo Patel, here’s something fun for ye. On a well known video site. There are lots of wonderful trading systems that can be purchased based on historical Graphs. But… if you ask them to explain the mechanics that generate the graphs & how the stock is being worked, they can’t answer. You could then tell them that they don’t know any more than you.

Gradually rising, WTI looks to be heading back to $70. There was a Trading Flush yesterday on these commodities to put a floor in. Plenty of Short sold Long stock available for PI’s to buy. TLW currently up 2.42%

Patel hi, that’s not quite correct. The Industry makes a lot of money taking stocks out & back into Index’s. If that was not the case they wouldn’t do it. It’s the second best money spinner to managing the large client accounts that are used to Short sell the stocks down. Primary activity is commissions & fees from Order Flow Volume, but that’s non existent here which is the reason why this is occurring.

Almost there just a little more Short Selling. Will TLW be exiting the FT250 at the end of the Month ? Something to celebrate at the AGM perhaps.

If that was the only short position, the SP would be a lot lot lot higher.
