not bearish but....17 Sep 2020 14:33
The problem with this company now in my mind at least is from two areas. The first is that the share register is not transparent and in that sense these so called institutions and friends and family investors of Cathal's can come and go unnoticed. For someone with such experience in the broker side of business I do not know why he could not attract 3% plus holders after the departure of two major funds this year and the associated TR1s we had to put up with.
My second emerging concern is a binary one... all the talk of major million pound contracts etc, fall from a successful outcome of the convid Challenge study model. If that does not come to fruition then the assets on the company balance sheet against revenue (not uncounted assets) will start to make this look overvalued... Now before I get accused of being too gloomy I am invested heavily in here and have been for a long time but there comes a point when you have to look at the facts reported and get away from the emotional side of investing. I'll make a point of record and state as a relative LTH that end of October is my cut off point. Either we have an undervalued business or we don't. If it isn't clear by that point then, in my view, better investment opportunities elsewhere. Six weeks without a contract announcement in the world we now live in concerns me and I hate filler RNS' and cant bear watching that ruddy slide show again.. :(
regards to all - not so joyful deepjoy :)
