Not hear for the discount to NAV I am here because if the banks go belly up this time then we are all in big trouble. Lloyd's balance sheet is strong and their exposure to the UK (mortgage market in particular ) although a double edged sword is a world away from other banks propping up companies that will go as soon as governments stop printing money.
Divi's in 2021 ? Not bothered as if one is prepared to sit on this for more than five minutes the divi's will return but not before a big re-rate. regards all DJ

Wonder in simple terms - the AZ trial involves giving people in the community a vaccine candidate and leaving it to chance based on community infection rates that they will be able to collate sufficient correlation too say that their vaccine mihg tbe effective as x number in that community did or did not catch the virus compared to the general population. (i.e it is by chance)

Whereas a Human challenge study model purposely infects a proportion of people in Quarrentine conditions and thereby, can definitively give absolute certainty that a vaccine candidate is effective or otherwise. The stumbling block is risk mitigation and ethics but once approved it is a highly valuable service for obvious reasons. Hope that helps.

In fairness Moni the last 6 RNSs have at least help get rid of the deadwood. We have had lower lows since 7th July and are currently sitting right on the 50MDA . Decent support level at 12.5 and a stronger one at 12.20. No change in my sentiment I am bullish and think that once people figure out that there is no ice berg seller here we will (hopefully) start a slow and steady accent. I dont mind how slow it is as long as it marks a new trend - here's hoping :)

Well i have chomped up 150k in three tranches over the past half hour until I couldn't get a price again.... This trend is different I believe but WTF do I know anyway :)

I have heard of taking a long technical view but five years !! LOL

North... all it will take is for the share to stay stable a few more days and people will cotton on to the fact that there is no large seller in the background anymore.. That's my belief anyhow and then I think we will see to real movement upward. IMO of course but I have been here long enough now to hold that view :)

Zebbo... spot on mate. Sadly most people just fail to understand the difference between a pharma stock and a pharma services stock. The latter doesnt go to the moon in a day but builds on contracts, revenues and sound management. The defensive nature and lower risk profile makes this an investors share but traders come and go, meanwhile i keep making money by doing nothing at all.. GLA

Moni... The have your wires crossed. Stage 3 community based testing is completely different to stage 3 challenge study test which Oprh are developing. The first gives an indication of vaccine effectiveness but is limited given the variance of community exposure so it is at best indicative over the short term. Whereas a Challenge study stage 3 (yet to be developed) is a conclusive test should results be achieved in simple terms.

Check my posting history for a few weeks ago on Starboard...Their SEC filings on holding so they don't tend to hang about and if they had 25m shares off Acacia at 12.2p they have to declare that to the SEC by circa August 10th. Two sides to this of course, one could hypothesise that 12.2 is a strong support level both technically and on their profit margin (if it is them) or John Henry is correct on sentiment.
