So. given that an offer was not made (as per RNS extract kindly reproduced below) it is clear that any discussions on ball park figures were not interesting in any way to the BOD. It is not rocket science it was an opportunist kicking the tyres and good riddance I say.

"runs away after due diligence" ? interesting I wasn't aware that any offer had been made to warrant due diligence..whereas city rumour was that the board wouldn't have entertained one below 800 anyway.. so here we are trying to make stuff to suit a narrative.

I may double up below 280..but if not I'll stick with my lot. Not worth pumping little bits in now it wouldnt change my average to make it worthwhile.

The problem with next results will be the significant currency exchange depreciation since the last results. Dark also predicted softer sales in Q1 as a seasonal expectation so don't get your hopes up for a stella update; I'd be very surprised indeed. That said still a stella investment for sure.

Has anyone got any idea why this has fallen 11% on opening??? That is a massive move down on no news I can see and a NAV of 68p...

I never thought that UK economic policy would be determined by circa 180k middle class conservative members looking for an instant fix.. Rishi would have far better at least he was realistic. Hence, here we are and I dont know if they have now handed the next election to the left but they have lost my vote forever. UK plc is being shorted and who can blame them. deepjoy (not)

trust you gut mate.. This company wouldn't have suitors sniffing about before if it wasn't a good investment with a unique USP... I was 45% down in one company and ended up with a three bagger once. I do mean only once thou. Keep the faith and let the RNS' guide you not the SP.

bob...perhaps it would help to separate the SP from the company performance. Even on listing this was valued at very very multiples on earnings, which at the time didn't make me invest. Now, even with proven growth and a bright future the market sentiment to valuations has turned sour. That in itself doesn't affect the business one little bit given that they have cash and a pathway to further growth.
As a recent investor I am already 16% down but would I top up ? Nope. I accept you can't time the market and will sit it out for the company prospects haven't changed just the pricing. Easy said I know but when I have sat of heaviers losses in the past and maintained a conviction I have done very well in the long run. Too many traders make comments on the daily prices which in the scheme of things they can do nothing about. I think I would be in the minority here is hoping this never get taken over. Too many great UK companies get sold by short term greed. I hope this isn't one of them.

Stupmy -- apply some context . the NASDAQ is selling off with all the tech names falling.. Its a broad market thing
