Andrew if the decision does come then (and I don't for one second think it will come early ) then the simple fact is that polx cannot release it other than through the LSE via RNS and that would mean they would have to wait until the Tuesday 7am at the earliest to release. Their NOMAD would ensure that was the case given it is price sensitive information albeit they may know ahead of time.

IF that is true then kindly post the remarks that back up your assertion? You cannot I wager as you are desperate to appear to be the knowledgeable one. If you consider the rise from 38p to 64p in two weeks and look at the trend since then you can clearly see a retrace, which is to be expected with 50% level at 52p. Now I hope we don't get there but to simply claim that last year's pattern will repeat is to discount the aforementioned rise (and previous fall). As it stands I think we have some people over exposed. just have to hope they hold their nerve huh?

Shame the title of this thread is exactly what I stated last week.. traders looking to exit and now beginning to panic a little. The truth of this company is that it is a long term hold with a very lucrative product once they can charge for the gas used in the polarisers. The business model is excellent but traders will trade and panic as they do.

Let's hope so. Feel for Erik actually he has released RNS every single time this year on bear days in the market. On the plus side, that hides the growing value but does little for the SP in the meantime. I must confess I am getting well bored LOL
