Jaar.. that is exactly why the Board are responsible for this mess. They can't delegate task but absolve themselves of any responsibility. The buck stops with the CEO and board in my view. furious to be honest.

This is a shambles ... the board knew the previous rejection was related to the QA process for their new manufacturer. Therefore they claimed that they, their consultants and partners had "worked hard" to address any such concerns and yet, here we are with the same issue being raised, furthermore from guidance that the company would have known existed but yet causes a problem. This is sloppy. I have to be honest I have lost confidence in the board.

Good luck getting a placing away in this market environment... first thing cut in a recession is ad budgets and why would they not communicate the broker price if not the detail...?? erm......

I agree Andrew.. and I didn't put a price out there last week to cause an argument it is just a crowded trade in my view and some people will bottle it because of the risk as we go toward FDA date next week. That said, the rewards should approval come will be excellent and, in my view the SP will rocket as despite the risk now people on the sidelines will look to pile in.
The large SP movement already took place in August we seem to be in a mexican stand off scenario now. I am positioned ok a little over exposed but content to let the dice roll. The fact the company has cash on the balance sheet and no debt means it wouldn't be a 100% loss should it go pear shaped but it would hurt ALOT.. x fingers for all the brave souls willing to stick with it.

It just means that the MMs have taken it or there is an ongoing partially filled buy order in progress. Don't watch the trades they mean nothing given the small EMS the mms are publishing. Anything over that can be a delayed report, the after hours trade was only 100k as the other was cancelled -100k if you look closely

ps... the MM's would accumulate stock to fill a buy order. If take friday as an example they picked up some pretty cheap shares. I think 30k were off loaded at 56p so if they have a buy order they would hold onto them and make commission on the difference when they have sufficient to fill the order. Of course they take a risk doing this but that is how they make money and the volumes are large.

Jam.. The short answer is that the seller/buyer places a sell order with a price target and it sits on the book until such time as there is sufficient buy volume to clear it (and vice versa). Its the normal operation of the market and with limited liquidity orders can sit on the MM's book for days. Nothing untoward here as the MMs are able to keep the price stable whilst enabling them to match the trades for now.

a crowded trade scenario and that in turn is causing people to get edgy. If you aren't over exposed no problem but there is a likelihood that some will begin to panic as we approach the FDA date. the lack of liquidity is a real problem atm. Just my view and hopefully that will change over the coming days. GLA

The 12 month inflation rate is, and has always been the accepted figure.. The problem remains that real interest rates are still hopelessly negative and whilst so people cling to hope .. Real rates need to go positive and big time

Bank... you are right. I can get 3.2% on a cash bone now.. When that hits 5% on a five year bond I'll be gone and probably so will everyone else. The risk premium for equities will not be worth it. Until then we have a background buyer for sure I agree with the earlier poster.
