Last year's year end results were posted at 6pm on the 30th of November, for both CGNR and KDR. Perhaps it'll be the same form this year. Any later and they would probably be suspended.

I can read just fine. For example I can read AIM rule 19 which states that "An AIM company must publish annual audited accounts which must be sent to its shareholders without delay and in any event not later than six months after the end of the financial year to which they relate."

Year end results have to be released today, within six months of the financial year end. Really a joke to leave it so late. You can see what the market thinks.

The project has been "development stage" since 2014, and JV negotiations have been ongoing since July 2020.
Yet you guys keep believing there is no problem here.

Sorry to hear of your frustration FV, but (at the risk of sounding pointless and meaningless) you are not willing to be rational about the most likely reason why you haven't had an update.

Pedro, the main negotiations resulted in the primary terms being agreed back in February. It's a straightforward staged earn-in on some gold licences. What is it that you think is so complex here that it requires another 7 months of negotiation / deliberation to get to final documentation?

Dibs, you are of course spot on. Gold project JVs at this level are not complex agreements. The basic terms were set out in Feb, and moreover CGNR were engaged with AAZ on a JV deal for a full 7 months - most of the required documentation would / should already have been in place. CGNR use good lawyers (William Fry) and auditors (Deloitte), they would have the details done on this type of deal within a couple of months, in parallel with Demir's technical DD. The last thing anyone wants in the junior mining sector is having lawyers involved any longer than absolutely necessary. It should all have been signed off weeks ago.
If there are complexities here they are not with the legal aspects of a JV agreement.

You must have forgotten that Circle Oil was an abject failure, shareholders lost everything and Anderson was sacked by shareholders.

The assets just aren't very good, Musk15 - that's what's going on.

Genuine investors should question everything in such blatantly misleading posts.
"Conroy has 8.8 million ounces" - False. 8.8 million ounces is a so called "exploration target", none of which is proven through drilling or features on any resource statement. Conroy has 0.5 million ounces in a JORC (2012) resource statement, that's all.
"potentially 15-20 million ounces" - Outlandish speculation without any foundation in the data reported by the company.
"this JV will fund them to production" - To be determined. The Demir LOI sees funding up to construction-ready status only, with CGNR to then fund its 42.5% share of development costs or be diluted or use a "carry loan".
Suggestion that CGNR will have a bigger mine than 4.4 million ounces - nothing whatsoever to support this in the data reported by the company.

I'm quite satisfied with the person doing my research. The company states "a (JORC 2012) estimated resource of 320,000 Oz Au Indicated, 197,000 Oz Au Inferred, (517,000 Oz Au), at an overall grade of 2 g/t Au". Certainly higher grade drill results are reported which may indicate higher grade portions within the resource, but the overall resource grade is what it is.
Seems to be a lot of hostility here considering these are the facts provided by the company.

Wiseinvestor23. Conroy does not have "upwards of 8.8million once’s". It has 517,000 ounces at 2 g/t gold - that's all the company has reported in JORC (2012) resource categories.
