Except there isn't. The company has a 2017 resource statement of 517,000 ounces and drilling since then hasn't added anything or increased any inferred to indicated.

Clay Lake is too low grade. Demir walked away after spending €5 mil.

There's that word again, Goldbug, "obviously". There is nothing obvious about it. Clontibret has no feasibility study demonstrating economics and around half the resource is not yet drilled well enough to be included in any studies.

Clay Lake appears to be about half the grade of Clontibret so has very little chance of being economic.

Fairview your much repeated quote from the prof. Maybe if he shared with the rest of us what it is that makes it so obvious, because so far he hasn't demonstrated one economic project never mind others.

From all the drilling that has been done, there has been no change to the resource. Ergo, that's all they have based on current information. The resource has decreased over time and with additional drilling, not increased. If there is upside then the company is doing its shareholders a disservice by not presenting any of it and letting the share price crumble.

The first JV killed off all the upside by drilling all the targets and finding nothing of substance. This is a long, slow grind to try to prove a 517 koz of low grade refractory gold can be economic in Ireland. Very hard.

Prof so wily he's taken the share price from 40p to under 6p while spending €5 mil in JV funds.

Fairview in denial. No magical JV in the pipeline. Working cap placing coming and the price will tell you what valuation new investors put on the prospects. The board has decimated value for shareholders.

It will be a heavily discounted retail placing. The professor of sleep will have to put money in which he has already taken out as salary. There's all this talk of a JV but it's BS. A JV partner has just spent €5m then exited, the Irish won't agree to cyanide and while the Dalradian decision is pending no respectable company is going to put money into Irish refractory gold exploration.

What do you mean that's how Barrick operates? Are you suggesting they invest in companies where former employees are board members? Doesn't sound likely. Just speculative BS. Barrick and their like invest in tier 1 projects. The results from the Demir JV show this is nowhere close to tier 1.

There will most likely be a discounted placing, and soon. That's what the share price is signalling.

KDR just raised money, price down 30%. CGNR will be next. CGNR also owns shares in KDR following the ridiculous conversion of debt to shares, so bad news for CGNR on that front too.
