The Demir JV valued CGNR's 60% of the project at £12m, on the basis Demir would spend €10m to earn 40%. But Demir did not complete that earn in therefore the valuation fell away and now the only thing to go on is the market valuation.

One deal didn't complete after due diligence, Demir exited at $2,300 gold price. So not sure what point you keep trying to make.

Fairview how do you figure a share price of 5.25p (now) is "an even better position" than 30p plus (when Demir was announced)?? Not sure too many shareholders would agree with you on that one.

I see it's the Discs of Gold Project now, according to the presentation on the website. Sounds a bit silly. Nothing new in the slide deck. Still reporting the same old resource for Clontibret, despite all the drilling since 2017. No drill plot or cross sections for Clay Lake, so nothing to support the "world class" claims. Same old same old.

Demir "didn't have much idea about gold mining". What are you basing that nonsense on? They had access to all the data, spent two years and a massive €5 million exploring all of Conroy's licences, then walked away.

Beg to differ Goldbug. The market value of 0.5 Moz og gold in a vault is irrelevant when on Conroy's property it is in the ground locked within as-pyrite. It's value is $72 million, according to the published Conroy study.

And as for there being "at least 1Moz in the entire target" - that is absolutely up for dispute. What are the facts to back that up?

As for credibility. Can't say I care. But compared to those who claimed this would multibag from the 30s, that the Demir stage 2 was a given, and that there is a billion dollars worth of gold at Clontibret and millions of ounces all over the place - I'm doing quite well thank you.
