100% agree fairview that if there was interest before, there won't be any now after Demir spent €5m then walked. Very weak position for the company, absolutely with you on that.

I agree, at that point they had a partner who was going to fund them all the way through to construction. A much better position than today with no funding and 100% of the costs.

The "interest" that you refer to will have evaporated after the JV partner walked away. I agree it is not a good situation to be in.

Bizarre view, that directors would actively seek to lower the price. If directors really wanted to kill the price here (even more than they have done already) all they'd have to do is disclose all their drill results.

Why would the company want to raise money at the lowest possible price?

Weirdly favourable exit deal? Demir walked from a deal that was mooted as "transformational" for CGNR. What's favourable about that? Price down heavily today. Maybe placing is finally about to arrive.

I think everyone on this board would be able to find bigger and better projects than 517,000 oz of low grade refractory gold. Why repeat these pointless statements? There's a corporate presentation which presents their current position. It's all about Clontibret. Unfortunately it hinges on an out of date resource estimate, unfinished testwork and a study which is over 10 years old.

A simple solution is to update the studies and provide investors (equity or JV) with a current investment case.

Sure she probably knows all the Canadian juniors who might be interested in this kind of thing. 4 big issues here:

Low grade refractory gold with no resource update in 7 years, despite kilometres of drilling.

JV partner exited after €5m expenditure.

Dalradian planning decision pending. If it is negative, game over.
