Good to look at CMCL's announcement on Bilboes in Zimbabwe. PEA on a refractory gold deposit at similar grade to Clontibret, but with a resource of 3 Moz it is 6 times the size. Capex is $400m and NPV is $300m. Costs there will be much lower than Ireland.

There really isn't more than half a million oz. That's all that's been reported. Anything else is unqualified speculation based on no data, no plan from the company. There has been plenty of infill and stepout drilling at Clontibret yet no update to the resource, no drawings to illustrate the impact of the drilling. Why not share more with investors? Clay Lake is valued at zero because nothing has been presented to investors to persuade them otherwise.

Price slipping more - a working capital placing at 7-7.5p would seem a reasonable expectation at this stage, they may need a deeper discount than that.

Indeed you would think if they are serious about developing a project they would update the resource, costs and revenues to demonstrate an investment case to investors, rather than use a study that is 13 years old. However those are the numbers that are in the market.

The latest study shows an NPV of $72 million for Clontibret.

Share price is drifting but has been remarkably resilient given working cap funding required, debt levels and Demir exit. The company itself offers no investment case. I guess just wait and see what they come up with - a technical plan and how they propose to fund it.

what exactly makes it multi bag potential? €5 million of exploration didn't find anything new. they say they are going to build a mine at clontibret. that's a slow burning grind through infill drilling, met testing, feasibility studies, heaps and heaps of community engagement. any of this started yet? all on a low grade refractory gold deposit producing ****nic waste in the verdant irish borderland. tough project. you sure it's multibag?

So you are just guessing then. I surmise that none of the companies you mention will be interested because they invest in tier 1 projects. This is not tier 1. Good luck guessing though.

What is this obsession with AAZ? They walked. Why else would they let another party take over negotiations when they had heads of terms? How about you prove that they didn't walk before you call other reasonable posters "bs" or "haters". Who granted you the high ground?

It doesn't matter. The net result of all the JV business from AAZ heads of terms through to Demir exit, was money spent and nothing found. Value destruction for CGNR shareholders.

Moroney's appointment is positive but investors still have nothing to go on except that Demir walked after a €5 mil spend and the board has never presented any investible project. Need to have more to go on than a NED appointment and roast dinner nudge nudge wink wink.

How many directors do they have now.... Eight maybe? What they need is a geologist CEO who knows what they are doing and can actually tell investors what they've got, rather than just repeat the same hyperbole that nobody believes. Maybe Moroney knows some people.

She must have visibility on near term financial survival to take up a board position. Would have preferred to see some retirements to coincide with new appointments as now a large board and not clear what others bring to the table.

Marion looks like a very good appointment. Very experienced. Brings some credibility in my view.

There is a single licence which has been in application status for several years. No info to describe its prospectivity and it is not referred to on the Conroy website or annual report.

What are you on about? The JV did not include Finland and Conroy does not have an issued licence there. So much BS.
