Minnows like CHP tend to do a share consolidation in order to issue more shares in the future. Currently, the lowest price shares can be issued for is 0.001p. Who knows how low the current share price will be when these umpteen billion shares are issued. Like someone has already said they have not even stated the amount of the capital they want to raise. They have just stated the number of shares with the price to be announced at some point.

So you are buying now knowing a massive placing is around the corner which will massively drop the share price?? Not makes no sense whatsoever!

Maybe because the company want to issue 600 billion more shares! Yes it’s to invest in a bank and yes in the long term it may pay off. But in the short to medium term what do you think happens to the share price.

The market is now concerned something else could raise its ugly head so the drop is not just because of the error in isolation

The traders would sell if they genuinely thought a bad RNS was about to be released and buy back in after

The share price has gone down, not because what was in the RNS this morning , but because most people were hoping for an update to the listing of Semnet on the Nasdaq. That is now unlikely to happen anytime soon. However, has the value of Semnet changed? No. It’s not ideal obviously but there any plenty of other streams of income to concentrate on come results day. It’s mental how many people come out of the woodwork as soon as news gets released whether good or bad.

Some people are going to look rather silly come results day. Will it be the bulls or the bears. I’m in favour of the bulls. No doubt the bears will still find something to moan about.

This is the problem when share prices goes through the roof. In Feb this was as low as 2.25p and last month 7.5p.

Over valued but by how much is anyone’s guess. Hence it’s impossible to predict how low this could go back to. Yes there will be spikes but the general pattern looks to be down.

Any company who uses words such as imminent, expected, shortly etc should be taking with a pinch of salt and are misleading by people. Although imminent does not have a specific time frame it sure to god certainly means a lot less than 4 weeks in anyones language!

The placing shares at 1.2p need to clear first. How many have already been forward sold (which I thought was illegal) is anyone’s guess. The late reported sizeable trades from yesterday were no doubt sells.

Anyway, let’s not fall out. We are supposed to be here for the same reason. We all want GST to be successful don’t we. That’s the trouble with these anonymous BBs people can be very untrustworthy. Nature of the beast I guess.

Until the results come out everything is rather academic isn’t really. If they are poor then one could say the £40K BOD purchase was completely misleading. How much he is worth I’ve no idea. It’s all relative isn’t. His £40K might be the same as me putting in £1K. Time will tell if GST are progressing or not.

But be mindful of the traders who will dump this either way post results I would expect. I will add more if that happens if the results and especially the outlook paint a rosy picture.
