KAMMI, if it can get through 0.035 with relative ease and not see a big sell off then anything is possible
THG that is another issue that investors don’t have much confidence in. Yes they will bank a lot of money from the CDT deal but it’s how they invest it is they key to driving VELA forward to the 4s, 5s even 6s
Will be interesting how easy it breaks through .035 and goes higher.
Middle to high 3s I suspect and then a massive sell off
LTDAxis, agree with you that VELA could have exercised already for all we know and just haven’t bothered to RNS it
CDT still going up!! $6.30
Even if they had to raise, which they don’t, there is a big difference between diluting to acquire an asset and diluting because a company is running out of money to pay for day to day costs. Read the previous RNS which tells you what the raise would be used for partly. Stop posting complete rubbish.
It’s not up 34% this morning. It’s showing that because of the last trade yesterday (UT trade)
For what it’s worth I tend to agree with both of you. Charts are only useful to spot trends in share movement but are completely irrelevant as soon as unexpected good or bad news lands.
Zak is a classic example . Every prediction he makes is purely based on technical data. It’s definitely something to consider when to buy and sell but fundamentals usually is what drives the share price longer term.
I wonder if CDT can hold the pre-market rise? Probably not
Then VELA can sell them on the open market for the going rate. Currently well below $5
Not sure that is how it works. If the VWAP worked out at $5 or less then the number of shares VELA would get would be worked out based on each share being $5. Unless I have misunderstood what you meant.
5p??
