We could potentially get a sniff within the next couple of weeks how confident they are whether they intend to defend this writ or cave in and settle out of court early!

I would expect the Semnet writ to be settled out of court like most civil lawsuits do but for a much lower amount.

If the Crypto bill gets passed, it will send BTC much much higher even higher than the peak. This maybe what Saylor was referring to when he said “if only you knew what is coming”. Maybe all BS but who knows . Plus, an investment bank came out today with a reiterated buy rating for MSTR with a $440. Not sure how impartial these “broker ratings” are sometimes but ya never know .

That’s percentage up/down is based on the last trade on HL and many other platforms. Here it’s based on the MID price.

Putting aside the BTC treasury (although I do not understand why GST didn’t start buying a lot lower), the volatility is good for GST. The more BTC is traded the bigger the volume which in turns means more commission for GST
