What does seem rather odd that someone had to pay over the ASK for that amount of shares when the free float must be in the billions

It’s not that. Google shows the price based on the last trade. Where’s LSE at the close shows the increase based on the MID

The small trades will all be from a T212 for example (no fees). Might have just been a coincidence that the 1Million buy executed at the same time.

I maybe reading the RNS wrong but what are people’s interpretation of the bit below regarding OFF TAKE FINANCE ARE/OR WIDER FUNDING?

I read this to mean the process of the diamonds on their own will not be sufficient to clear the total debt!

Neither I or the market share your blind optimism. The reason why the share price is down is because it’s clear the diamonds are no where near what AP suggested the diamonds were worth.

If they were then the RNS would not have stated additional finance would be required on top to clear the total debt.

Simple as that!

That’s why AP has never actually quoted any projected diamond valuation in an RNS. It’s all been in pointless interviews which are seemingly unregulated and can say what they want !

Castle, how can the diamonds be worth anywhere near 30Million when AP is stating additional finance/funding will be required to pay the loans off in full.

At least the AGM has been announced

Incorrect. Buys have been going through at 3.5p regardless of what colour they get printed as. I know because I bought some.

Is the AGM overdue? 6 months deadline from the 31st March? To get this in this month the BOD would have to state no later than this Friday with the 21 days notice. Has it purposely been delayed in order to try and get some positive updates announced before the AGM takes place?

I must admins that the BTC Treasury is a side show for me. There are other things much bigger that will make GST progress to a much bigger level. All in time. Like I said the pausing of SEMNET listing may have put people off for a while until it’s sorted.

The main thing is we are back and going in the right direction.

It maybe because GST have paused the listing of Semnet until the arbitration is resolved.

HL no longer showing as suspended!!

Yeah I tried to place a limit order ready for 8AM on HL but still shows as suspended so can’t yet. Be interesting how the market goes for the first 30 mins
