Kat, what I was getting at was if we knew exactly what the stumbling blocks were with the application then we would have a much better idea how likely/unlikely that the application will result in a licence being approved in Lithuania. There is no getting away from the fact the BOD on the face of it seems to be out of their depth currently.

Issue is we do not know what exactly was wrong with the original application prior to end of December.

Tim has responded to me stating the licence application is still being progressed in Lithuania in addition to other potential licences elsewhere.

Let’s stop all this bickering! It’s pointless.

But from which country are they applying for the licence is the question.

Can you clear something up for me following the announcement today.

Is the application for a MICA licence still being applied for in Lithuania or has that been scrapped and a licence application is now being submitted in Poland?

If it is now Poland why was this not explicitly mentioned in today’s announcement. Also, how will a MICA licence be granted by Poland before the EU deadline when Poland haven’t even passed the required legislation to grant MICA licences?
