You are correct. The official deadline is 5PM 25th December but unless RNSs are released on a Xmas day then I would expect it to be Xmas Eve, unless an extension gets agreed of course.

It will stop people trying to take advantage of the price manipulation and trade it. Not sure what the live sell price is but the live buy price is 0.004

I think some people are getting a little carried away.

Unlikely we will see 150 again. With the introduction of the Direct Line Brand being on a PCW shortly will help stabilise the share price way about your prediction. Or DLG get bought out of course at 270 or even higher.

Personally I don’t think they will want to sell DlG for less than £3 a share and I can’t see Aviva paying that so it might go hostile.

Because Aviva clearly see value at a higher price. Otherwise they wouldn’t have offered £2.50 a share and will probably offer even more.
