squadraazzura I would disagree to an extent. One of the issues that is having a big impact on Insurers is the dramatic increase in the value in the second hand car market. Insurers are having to pay out more when vehicles are written off or stolen. Also sourcing parts is taking longer than usual which increases hire/courtesy car charges which insurers foot the bill for.

No they can’t set the cut off date in the past. There had to be a record date set in the future and then an ex-dividend date after that

Nice update, stops a little of the rot we have seen over the past few weeks, but that's market dynamics and most here on the same page when it comes to the time line, for the estimate to double is fantastic, be it a longer term return it's a solid foundation yet again from the team. I suspect most knew and expected it on the team so it's nice to have it officially confirmed.

Geuinely is as low risk as it can get, they mentioned they approached the company (private listed) which is just what I wanted to hear and see, proactive work to get deals across the line.

Seemed like an offer they couldn't refused as Adam mentioned they had exhausted all options, so really was a win win, and the sweetener, when we get our capital back(ish), we'll take the 0.75% and everyone's happy.

Really is a great deal be it not 10s of millions, it another string to the bow and in line with the Company vision and plan.

For me, if they keep doing these type of deals then it's just a matter of time before this really starts to get some limelight.

One big holder selling mind but it's held its ground reasonably well, options at 50p from memory, should see some recovery and progression in the next few months.

It would be nice, I think most agree that the value in PERE is low when you break it down.

I can see a few have commented about the next steps for Pembridge following the Minto listing and this (imho) will be the trend setter. 30p would be amazing, but I'm sure everyone would be happy at any type of double digit and for it to hold and grow.

Either way we will know shortly as the raise is due at the end of July.

CEO buying is always wonderful to see, he's gambled on copper, so let's see where we go following Minto.

I've noticed over the last couple of weeks there has been a consistent 5k/10k buyer.

Also noted a few significant sells in that time as well (£1-2mln at c£450k chunks)

We know from the Tr1 there has been a reduction from one holder, so I would assume it is still them, but someone is taking more, slowly but will soon add up.
