If it isn’t suspended from 8AM then the SP could drop back to single figures.

I wold expect an RNS at 7AM confirming immediate suspension

I suspect the shares will be suspended from 7AM Monday so we won’t have any option to hold them. What goes on while the administrators look into this debt will obviously determine the outcome. At least the administrators were not appointed by ICON so imo all is not lost

I’m not convinced this is the end. If we believe the new BOD was genuine and acting in the best interest of the share holders then like I’ve said before how can they talk about their vision for the future knowing this 1Million wouldn’t just go away if this debt would make them bankrupt if it had to be paid.

Maybe we won’t have to wait the full 8 week period to find out the outcome if there is only one creditor.

I always knew this was a very risky stock but high returns if it came good. Let’s face it, any stock this low is a massive gamble. I’m in with SYME as well lol so that’s risky as well.

If this is the end then it sounds criminal to me. How the hell can a company go on about the vision for the company and then go into admin within a week or so. Trying to be optimistic, like others have said this might be purely to protect the company and so the administrator sorts out whether the full £1Million is owed or not. Although it all seems rather weird that the company was seeking up to £50Million funding to make that vision come true but to be potentially wound up because of £1Million. I’m not sure it’s over yet but that’s just me hoping!!

If new guy manages this correctly then this could be the start of good things to come. At least he has some kind of vision for the company. Not like the lost who were on the verge of bankrupting the company. If it wasn’t for OTT we would be ****ed

760 has a valid point even though he comes across totally negative all the time. Kind of a half glass full fella lol. The question is over what period of time are we going to see the dilution happen? It will be voted through as that’s the only way to keep ICON a growing concern. However, to move forward and have a stronger financial future in the SP will have to suffer in the short/medium term imo

Agree with you. It’s about getting out at the right time and back in again after the dilution comes because it will be a big one. However at least the dilution is to pay for something that could bring in sustainable income. Based on ICONs current MCAP, the funds are nearly 10 x that amount though

The £50M is not a contract, it’s ICON hopefully being able to raise £50M in funds from EHGOSF to pay for a stake in STING.
