Maidit, the consolidation will make no difference to the value of your shares in tota (apart from the rounding down which is peanuts)l. When it happens it happens which should be tomorrow at 27.5 pence MID PRICE. What you need to worry about is further dilution and it will happen believe you me. That is the only reason ICON have done the 10,000 to 1 . When or even if positive news comes the further dilution will destroy the SP. ICONIC have no money don’t forget so everything is effectively borrowed money through issuing more shares.

The apology should be that after more than six months since coming out of suspension there is still no viable business or any progress based on the fact the BOD have communicated sweet FA. All that has happened is the BOD have diluted the share to fcuk.

They have already communicated the consolidation and when it will happen so no further RNS is required.

Without the consolidation the impact on the current price of 0.00325 could have dropped to around 0.00008 which wouldn’t have been allowed.

It would be very difficult to judge when to buy even with positive news because of the massive impact post consolidation of the additional shares.

So the impact of all the additional shares could drop the SP from 32.5 pence to around 7 pence hence the need for the consolidation. Positive big big news will be required for this not to happen!

Fish, unless I have got my maths wrong the SP will be in the region of 32.5 pence (£0.325)

32.5 pence divided by 10,000 gets you to the current price of 0.00325

However over time the SP will get heavily diluted once all the additional shares hit the market. All depends if/when any real positive news comes to show there is an actual viable business that will generate revenue.
